Ladies i was advised to have check ups every 4 months @clinic .
Do you all have regular check ups or is it only when  in doubt after an unpleasant experience or symptoms after a client visit?

Every three months as standard. Sooner if something feels wrong or condom breaks.

I tend to go once every 2 months for a full screen, but I also tend to go to the doctor every month just for a general check up.

I am an every 2 month girl myself. And the first thing I tell the nurses is that I am a sex worker, it is in some cases is like a magic tonic, I ususally get the full swabs, from top to toe. Handed a scandalous amount of condoms, and usually have loads of nice chats with the staff. I think I am a curiosity in some of the smaller towns.

I seen the first episode of this the other night on TV. Before my incident leading me to the clinic myself!

I won't spoil it for anyone wanting to watch it, but I really felt for the gay guy, what emotions he must have went through with his results!!!

I did cry, when I saw that. Poor thing. No one deserves that.

What had me in utter shock, was the casual way some of the young people were just going about having one night stands, and not really being bothered about unprotected sex. Aaarrrgggggggggggg!
After seeing the show, I am having to stop myself from putting on gloves, and resist the urge to throat swab and hose them down in hibiscrub then when they enter.

I get checked every six weeks but that is because of my illness and any infection would knock me off my feet for weeks so because of my job my consultant insists I get a full check that often.
My gum clinic also have the full name system but they tell you that you can put any name you want, although I now use my real one becaue of my consultant.
They are great.  I never have to wait. I turn up at 8.30 am and am taken straight through as I am an escort (no waiting if you do this job) and there is no judgement at all. They have said before they wish others would say they did this job as then they could offer them a throat swab as standard as well as ensure their Hep jabs are up to date and also they give out balance activ if you do this job as well as Metrodazinole gel incase you get BV.  They give you anything you need although I dont take their condoms as I prefer to buy my own
Truth is far more important than what one wants to hear. With truth there is no us and them or colour or religion there is just fact

I love going to the clinic lol I know it sounds insane but doing this job makes you more aware about the importance of your own sexual health.

My clinic are fantastic, I see this 1 perticular woman each time, I just prefer it that way. She/they know what I do and since telling them they give me a full MOT everytime I go in there. Throat swabs, vagina, anus, Hep B jab, blood tests, condoms, dental dam's. They are great!

I don't have any fears about telling them what I do, they are there to help you. They always tell me they wish more girls would be more honest so that they could help them too. If they know they can offer you more help, all they want to do is keep you safe.

Mine don't give me Balance activ tho, wish they did would save me a fortune lol
