Penile insertions
« on: 05 May 2010, 10:49:26 pm »
I've been asked and have turned down a request for this service, not for the first time. Eventhough I have briefly worked as home carer and have changed a penile catherter under supervision, I don't feel comfortable doing this with random objects and without medical 'assisstance' or am I just being over cautious?

Does anyone provide this service?
How do you ensure things don't go the wrong way or damage the penis?
What if something gets stuck?
What about causing infections?

Dont know anything about the ins and outs (groan) of it Cassie but my first reaction would be definately not to even go there! IMO theres just too much of a risk of something going wrong and frankly the thought of having to accompany a client to a&e with a random object trapped up his todger isint on my 'to do' list for this year ;D

If anyone does offer this service i would love to hear their imput though

Heard a dreadful story from a very experienced pro domme about this the other night. I won't go into too many details but phrases like 'bin bag full of bloody tissue paper' and 'sitting on her doorstep with her head between her knees' were mentioned. I have had some involvement with this sort of thing myself but I'd say the high risk of infection and doing lots of damage to really delicate parts means that the risk far outweighs the advantages if you see what I mean. The domme I mentioned was using a proper surgical sound as well.

Hi, I too used to work in care & have also had experience with penile catheters. I would absolutely not get involved with that outside of a medical environment. The penis isn't meant to have things inserted into it, I would be terrified of damageing the soft tissue inside & causing bleeding or infection. I think your absolutely wise to be concerned! It sounds like this guys would be better seeing a medical fetish expert, Mistressis with white rooms & all that. Most of them seem to be ex nurses & have all the sanitized equipment & knowledge + experience. If you want to offer that kind of service I would look up an Mistress who may advise  you or offer training?

Your call but good luck, Harlow x

My God...I haven't seen it all afterall.

I dont find that even remotely appeasing, nor would I do it. I know this may be TMI, but when I got the clap couple years ago....the doctor only slightly pushed the swap into my 'penile' and that was enough to cause pain. It seemed like he purposely pressed it there, and I just squeeze my legs together everytime I think of it.

Just tell those guys that if they want to feel pain, getting f*cked in the ass is more than sufficent for most people.

What would you tell the attending physician? He fell, he slipped, he bent over and there it was? This is in the realm of Medical Play, and I don't go near it. It involves far to much exposure to bodily fluids, and it really does require a sterile environment.

Thanks guys, I just wondered if I was being over anxious and this wasn't as big a deal as I was thinking .
Your comments and replies have confirmed that I am not and I will definitely not go there.

I took the trouble to find out more about this and found this site helpful and definitely offputting.

Check out the section on Prostate Stimulation if you dare... ( the pictures made me cross my legs and I don't have a penis!)
