For my sins i am trying to re post my advert on AW after having it taken down for several months.

As far as i can  make out i have to redo an entire new profile (meaning i loose all my good feedback from the last profile,bah ) Only problem is when I'm trying to put my mobile number in its saying its already in use and wont let me proceed. I had the same problem with my email address so as neither have changed as far as i can make out my details are still stored somewhere.
Ive tried to find a way to get around it but the system wont let me proceed any futher. Its driving me utterly batty and if anyone is more computer savvy than me and knows what i need to do then it would be great to hear from you.

As far as I am aware if you had tried to log in using the original login and password, you need to tick the re-activate me button.

However I think that they have a 30 day policy that wipes you out if you have been gone more than 30 days.  Any prior phone numbers and emails are embargoed and you will have to change them! It is a pain but I have had to do that.  This also happens if you get reported for any reason.

Yep my old profile has definately gone the journey. Ive managed to get them to let me use my old work email account address but not my old mobile number. What a carry on,cant really see the logic behind it to be honest. So i guess if i want to re-join i will have to change my mobile number I will probably have retired again by the time i get it all sorted

How the heck did you manage that? I went through the whole help system, emailed them and got a reply that told me what I already told them I knew when I emailed them and no option to contact them.

TBH I gave up after that. Life is to short to spend more than 3 hours trying to work out AW. Kudos to those who have more knowledge and patience than I do.
