I’ve had my fair share of bullying in the civvy work place, I was 17 and the next staff member up from me was 26 and she worked as the receptionist, I was a service administrator so worked down the stairs from her in a different department, and she was the only nice female to me. All the females were aged30+ (bar me and receptionist) and they were so lovely to me on my first day, the women that worked in my team were aged 34 to 56 and maturity certainly does not come with age and the way they treated me showed me this! After my first day I wasn’t spoken too at all unless it was work related, they’d whisper about me in front of me, this went on for 5 more months before I found out that the older female colleagues were jealous because the mechanics spoke to me!!! Oh my god! The mechanics were total creeps in all honesty and they they were very misogynistic and derogatory, they def took adantage if me due to my age! This was my first experience of being bullied st work! Never again.

Saunas are full of jealous women so I’ve got hundreds of stories about that but I won’t bore you with all the details! plus I reckon you’s have experienced plenty shitty behaviour in saunas, from girls, yourselves!!

Feel free too add something that you don’t mind sharing with us!

I look forward to your answers XX

In sex work I have never worked with others and so never had opportunity to experience bullying by colleagues, I have experienced workplace bullying in non-sex work as well as in personal life and also by flat mates at university.

I did get sexually harrassed by anther escort recently. I'd already been upset by something that happened with a client that day & I confided in her. Such a cuntish thing for her to do exactly the same thing.

There's arseholes in every work place.

I didn't when I worked in a bar.. bar tenders are brutally honest but not in a bullying way. I didn't when I was at uni. And I've never had a 9-5.

But when I worked in parlours/agencies I always had other SPs give me a bit of a hard time . Mainly when I was 19-22 before I had a daughter.
I used to literally run in and out to avoid sitting with people.
After you have a child in my experience you wisen up and give off 'don't fuck with me vibe' so not had problems since.
Independent now anyway..

Most people in this industry are not at all confident about themselves and have a really messed up backstory. The girl that used to always try and put me down had a boyfriend that would come take all her money at the end of the night. So it just shows.

Not bullying as such, but I do find it quite lonely so happy to make new friends with fellow escorts. So recently was reaching out to one, offering support. A few people had asked about duos with her so I messaged her about that. But she’d been slagging me off to a client obviously behind my back when I haven’t ever done anything to her so I need to learn to keep myself to myself.

I've worked in mental health and loads of bullying went on there. Oh, the irony! It comes to something when staff had to go off on sick because of it. Never, EVER again am I working in that area  :)
These days there are no Prince Charmings. A girl just has to be her own hero

I was systematically bullied throughout my entire 13-year career in teaching.
The bullying came from "colleagues" and pupils alike.
If only I had found my way into escorting a lot sooner than I actually did...
(So yes, it's all good now; I find whoring liberating, social, and fun).

Not doing this thankfully but I'm indie so that helps!

I was bullied / manipulated in a previous role in a high pressure environment in a very male dominated industry. Ironically, although the men were a proper little clique (like a bunch of bitchy, back stabbers) the person who bullied me and subsequently forced me into resigning was a woman. She was a repellent individual.

But this work, no never but then I can see it might be different if you work in a sauna with other people. I am completely on my own, seems a bit sad to say that and although it's not without its downsides, I don't work for anyone but me and that suits me perfectly.

Most of my unhappiness in my civvy job caused me depression and taking time off work .discrimination and racism from certain people and cliques in the workplace excluding me .
I just wanted to see clients at home and switch off.
I've not been treated bad by any sex workers but I'm sure there are some who don't like me here !

The saddest thing I found was people who were so judgemental towards not just patients but staff too .
Not sure why they were even in mental health nursing

It's the same in teaching.  In work-communities whose members should serve as models of rational behaviour, we see the polar opposite of this.

I have been bullied in different forms since I was very young either for being different and even recently in different shapes and forms with bullies lying or making up things and then turning sarcastic and pretending to be superior.  One thing I learned: the best is to ignore them and let them be - they are pathetic in real life as they are online - and they do not seem to concentrate on their own achievements.  The worst was at Uni when I had to change class as it was so bad: my parents were not supporting me in anything (I could not even tell the the rape attempts I had and that left me with medical problems until now), the teachers were very bad (that was the environment I was living in) and on top these colleagues.

You have to let these bullies be: they are not doing any favors to themselves and everyone can see though them what they truly are.
