Has this happened to any other ladies - "A gut feeling "?

(1/4) > >>

sugar:
Hi

Had a guy going contact me for a overnight.  I was really excited, because I have been quite quiet lately. He agreed to my £200 deposit. I asked him to call me. When he did,  he was so monotone and awkward,  it was kind of creepy. He spoke in 1 or 2 word answers. I asked him when exactly he wanted the overnight.  He said "soon". I then asked when exactly.  He said "weekend", I said Saturday  then?  He said "yes".  I then asked "incall or outcall?" He said "outcall my place" I said let me send my bank details by WhatsApp. He said "ok".  I them sent my bank details, but something in my gut, made me delete them again  on WhatsApp, and say "sorry I changed my mind , I'm Not the right escort for you".  He just made me feel very uncomfortable speaking to him, he was dismissive and not really want to speak to me. It made me think that maybe he us like that in real life too.  He texted me that "he is disappointed because I was the girl getting chose and I'm his type" [off topic removed]. However I feel he was genuine but there was just something from our conversation that gave me the creeps.   I feel silly for turning down a large amount of money, when my rent is die next month.......but I just felt something in my gut was not right.  Maybe he was just socially awkward or he wasn't comfortable talking over the phone......Has anyone else had a gut feeling about someone, that felt irrational,  but it just didn't feel right??

MissWolf:
Yep and ignore your gut at your peril

Always go with the gut it will keep you safe

Princesslucy:
Your gut is always right you were right to do this .

fallen angel:
Yep always trust your gut.
I won't accept a booking before speaking to them first and that is the reason why.
If you'd have gone ahead with it I bet you'd have been very anxious on the way there and as you say, if he was socially awkward or just plain weird you'd be on edge the whole time.
No money is worth your safety and peace of mind.

Justine:
If in doubt leave it out. This man sounded like he would be a difficult short booking never mind an overnight!

You did the right thing in cancelling. Better safe than sorry and forget about the 💰 there will be others along soon 😋
