I've read the links about stopping your period with a sea sponge and I will definetely get some of those for future.  Is this something I can find at a shop?  I have an appointment this afternoon and some obnoxious breakthrough bleeding.   Would I be better off looking at a sex shop or a pharmacy?

Also* The herpevac vaccine has a new breakthrough.  The new one protects against all 4 strains of herpes.  Also,  evan if you have one strain of herpes,  it is to your benefit to get protected against the others.  It is highly unlikely that you have all four strains.   Aside from the obvious benefit of being protected from the virus,  this will also lower your risk of getting cervical cancer.
