Accountants - do you give them a gift?

Just wondering. I had to get my 2009 Accounts done rather quickly and my Accountant turned them around in a few days. Would you give him (or maybe the office staff) anything extra for being so helpful? I don't usually give them a gift but I know some people do. Thanks x

I wouldn't. They did the job you pay them to do. If you really feel like you should do something, give a thank you card.

I would second that. Our accounts probably take a matter of a day or two, and I pay over ?200 for that. Send a card with a nice note.
