When I first changed it I did get a fair few people messaging me to complain about it (funnily enough nobody who had seen me before and usually no reviews) and a couple of temper tantrums from clients I had seen before who then later apologised and decided it didn't make much difference, but overall there's not been a noticeable loss in business
