Hi,
Just a quick question to see what ladies think?

Well nothing about working from home is inherently 'wrong' and lots of people do it, but you're not giving us a lot to work with here?

With children/babies in the house then no, don't do it - the risk is too high (although you wouldn't be the first). Is it being exposed to a landlord or neighbours you're worried about? Punters knowing where you live? Burglars or robberies and security? How many other people live there?

I'm sure everybody will be able to help if you fill us in a bit ;).

Nothing right or wrong about working from any premises as long as legal or no children in another room in my view but even the children/babies bit is not illegal.

Having worked both from rented flats (always large multi flat blocks) and my own home I have not found any problems at all. This is largely due I think to my very careful screening and discretion advice to men who have been to see me. Many ladies say never work from home as "they" then know where you live and could cause serious problems etc and that could be true with some but it never worried me at all. If I was losing valuable sleep worrying about all this I would have given up long ago. If you work from a rented place and lock the doors and go home at night then "they" could be turning up there anyway and know it is unnoccupied so if wanting to do anything dodgy or attempt to break in then they could do that.

Worrying about these things is not healthy and is detrimental to the job in my view so as long as you keep a sensible head on and not be tempted to see men who sound iffy then it can work well if using home as in call.

Often the first advice given is to remove all identifying objects/photos/letters and bills etc if working from home or make sure the clients do not access the rooms those things are in, this goes without saying but I have seen profile photos of sps where if you have an mind to enlarge the pics (and I do) there is the sp and her children/sister/grandma on the sideboard in a frame.  What were those ladies thinking when they go to such pains to blur their own faces after taking the photos?

Was about to reply to this - I have always worked from home - but Justine has said pretty much exactly what I was going to!

I work from home but the only rooms they have access to is the bedroom and bathroom. I keep all personal things out the bedroom so they won't find out who I really am and screen them well before agreeing to a booking.

My teenage children come over every other weekend and I don't even answer the phone when they are here let alone work.

The only downside to working from home is that on rare occasions, clients who have lost your number will knock and ask if you are available and keep the numbers low so not to arouse suspicion with your neighbours

Thanks Amy, yes I've been escorting awhile now but guess am feeling abit paranoid and just wanted to know what other ladies thought.I'm a single woman but have a child come every other weekend think I'm wondering what I'm actually worrying about! And I'm probably worrying about nothing!
