Thanks for the advice ladies. Yeah I have definitely gotten better with weeding them out but assume it will just take time, it took me probably a year to figure it out as a stripper.

I thought I had done everything right with this guy today-- he booked around noon for 7:30, he wanted the address and I said I was by x tube and he needed to confirm by 5pm, then text me when he was leaving the tube station and I would give him the address. He was fine with that and texted me a little early to confirm, then texted me twenty minutes before our appointment and said he was leaving the station and could he have the address. I said yes and gave it to him but said I needed the full twenty minutes before he could come. He said to text him when I was ready. I sent him a text saying to buzz to come up, and then just nothing. And when I called it rings once and goes to voicemail. When I look back on it he was a little over the top with the 'darling' but he was a pretty straightforward booking.

I don't give out the address until I am ready, and I know for a fact he's in the area - in the past I've given out the address ahead of time, when he's on his way to be led a dance many times and I just won't do it now. Just not prepared to play those games. I also dislike loads of texts, I could be getting ready to see him in that time. Sometimes by the time I and a client have texted back and forth, what was an early arrival has turned into just on time, even with clients who know the address.

Also be aware there'll be many who don't turn up who won't have any tell-tale signs, and also some genuine clients can come across as unreliable or TWs when they are just far from that.

In the past I found most who called me from the landmark I gave them were in fact there so I would give them full address but a couple didn't show so now I have to see them.  But I find it works better when you tell them on the phone "when I see you are there I will give door number" so by actually telling them you have to see them/their car they know they can't phone you and pretend they are there. Has worked out much better.

I find when doing incalls it's best to just give a postcode and ask them to phone you when on the road or at a landmark you can see them from, once you're able to confirm they are there, then give the address :)
..Some would say I am selling my body but I know I am selling so much more than that..

What I mean is  like Bluetits I give the door number when I can see they are at the landmark - I ask them to contact me just before the appointment, which isn't 20 minutes before but enough time so we can start on time. If early and I am ready early well I'll ask them to call from the landmark for the door number. Because I am ready I can then make sure they get the door right(some will still get the number wrong even when right outside, forget, misinterpret directions), and also aren't going to be knocking on my door if I'm in the bathroom or fastening lingerie and can't answer.

At one point I was working from an apartment I couldn't see road from.  So before I went to apartment I noted a few cars/caravanettes I thought wouldn't be moving that day.

I would guide client to that point and ask them reg of car I had noted.  If they couldn't tell me they were either in wrong place or weren't there.  It weeded out giving them any door number.
Beauty is nothing to do with having a pretty face.
It is about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart,
And most importantly a beautiful soul.

The "I'm disappointed" was the worst one! Oh yeah and then right after he left I had another guy book for 45 minutes later only to call me 25 minutes later and cancel. He was such a dick I had three people trying to book his slot and told him that and he was like "here's 20 pounds" so I ripped up his fucking twenty pounds and threw it out the window.

It's also been super slow today, I thought this weekend was going to be super crazy with payday!

Hi Caylee

Sorry to hear that you perceive the last week to have been a bad one.

It's sometimes hard to decipher from your posts whether you are new to escorting overall, or just in the UK. Either way you certainly seem to have an intelligent head on your shoulders.

The comment  you made about the ?20 is rather worrying and I doubt I'm alone in thinking it. That is ?20 which may mean little to you but would most certainly help others at a time when this country is incredibly affected by the recession. Perhaps next time you could put the ?20 in a charity box? I'm not being precious here; I genuinely think that ripping up a ?20 note and chucking it out the window is a terrible thing to do when there are thousands of families reliant upon food banks. I have volunteered in them and the reality is pretty hard to see.

I hope things work out for you, honestly. I would just hope that you start to be a little more empathetic and realise that although you may feel hard done to, those in our profession are actually very fortunate.

Clients ( like the one you mentioned ) are par for the course in this work
Best advice is that personally You need to toughen up and not take things so personally cancellations idiots dicks will always be there and if you get upset by then it's but easy to work

You have to take the rough with the good times and jet it go over your head

That guy might have been fine with you ripping up a twenty pound note . the next guy might very well give you a slap across the face . If someone ripped up my money regardless of the reason why  I would be very tempted to make them eat it .
You don't know who these client are and in this business as a woman your pretty vulnerable so I would keep my temper in check

I don't get how he managed to stay for 10mins either surely after the first your not what I expected you showed him the door How did he manage to stay for 10mins insulting you

Bloody hell that IS a horrible week hun no doubt about it.  I've had weeks like that and it can really, really fuck with your head can't it!  You're not going crazy, you've just had some shitty luck and it can really leave you stressed and drained.  Sometimes I get a week long of lovely clients, very smooth bookings and just feel lucky and blessed.  Having the shite weeks and the hellish clients really make me appreciate the good ones after a bad spell.  Hope you have a better, faith restoring week next week chick and sending you a much a needed hug!

I think he wanted to stay for 10 mins as he wanted to get off on looking at you. (There are saddos who do this who don't want to pay for a full booking).  If you really weren't his type he would want to make an excuse and get out quick I would think. It doesn't take 10 mins to know if you're his type!
