Sammy S: Do you work in the East Midlands? I hear there is a gentlemen around these parts for doing this
Thanks guys you (and a substantial amount of chocolate) have really made me feel better, and I'm glad this seems like a normalish occurrence. I know it comes with the job, and usually I am pretty tough, but I think the mixture of shock and rejection baffled me for a while but onwards and upwards
xx
Unfortunately this happens from time to time, and it doesn't matter if you look like Carmen Electra.
Some guys just lose their bottle and rather than admit it, they "make their excuses and leave".
It's a male pride thing.
Don't let it rattle your cage, it's part of the job. I always think " I wonder how they'd feel if I said
'Oh sorry, you're shorter and balder than I thought."
