I've only had a couple of clients go twice with me in an hour... and on each occasion it was because I wanted it myself. My feelings on this is once in an hour is an obligation, twice is granting a privilege.

I don't see two or three pops in an hour as unreasonable - if they can manage it. It only annoys me when you get to about T -5 minutes and they suddenly decide they want to try for another round.

I'm exactly the same.
If you (general) are offering the gfe then surely you should accept that some guys can cum a couple of times in the hour, and that is their expectation when they book the hour gfe.

The reason I think ( IMO) that guys ask how many times they can cum in 30mins /1hr is because a lord of escorts restrict it and often once the client has cum that’s it over

Some guys genuinely can cum more than once in 30 mins / 1hr with no problems but they may cum extremely fast the time ie within 5 -10 mins and in some cases the escorts might say ok that’s it you need to go as as far as the escort is concerned it’s once only in the time that they have paid for  . She may be willing to give him a massage afterwards or she may not .

So a guy asking how many times he can cum in the time he has paid for might be his clumsy way of asking if I come straight away do I get told to leave

I’ve certainly been asked this question many many times 
Personally I don’t have a problem with it as long as it’s within the time they have paid for and they are not trying to take the piss
