Booking Procedure
« on: 29 August 2014, 11:08:38 am »
Hi girls

What is the best booking procedure to avoid timewaster.
I find that I get loads of future booking for a month in advance and they never show. There is no point is asking for there hotel details at this stage as some wont have the booking reference or are still looking at getting a hotel

Thanks
Elaine

A confirmation procedure often helps with this. You could set a date and time by which you need to hear from them, including hotel reservation details.

I tell them book me nearer the time, on the same day preferably and to confirm an hour before the meeting. I don't do outcalls but if I did I would want them to let me know the hotel details at least 24 hours in advance so I could check it it's all above board etc.
We're women, it's what we do. I just get paid for it.

I always make more appointment, set the address of the hotel, then ask to call or sms when they are there. If someone don't show up, then I have other one. If show up two of them, then I ask to wait and dhave a drink for 20minutes, then don't mind if it's longer. It's works best for me.
But last time I had three guys outside the hotel! I hope they didn't look at them self and thoutgh "are you here for the same reason?" so who goes first?
He came in the morning and woke me up with killer instinct. Wish I could stop this now.

so you don't give appointments thats what you are doing. appointment is attention for a period of time for that person imo. what you are doing is wasting others time.

+1 I mean what if one was running 5 minutes late and you were already with someone would you answer your phone to ask them to wait?

Also do you shower between clients if you are literally seeing them back to back?

I feel bad keeping the  clients waiting if running late. I inform my next client quickly.
id not like to be treated that way at an appointment.
She may not care about keeping guys waiting but they will look elsewhere next time.

Gents have to contact me the day before to confirm (by phone) and then I text them the following morning plus I phone before I leave. I've never had a problem.

I only offer outcalls.

I only book one gent at a time in one evening. I would never double/treble book! Gents would go elsewhere and quite rightly so!
