Getting into escorting for the first time?

Im 23 and would like to get involved with escorting but i havent had a great experience too many foney agencies can anybody reccomend a good agency?

I quite agree. However people who are starting off for the first time might not be confident enough to go straight to working as an independent.
  Perhaps she should try working for an agency for a few months first.

JennyJazz I totally agree with you on that actually.
 I started escorting as an independent with no one to turn to for advice and I hadn't got a bloody clue. Looking back, getting in with an agency would have been so much easier I suppose but I wouldn't change how I did it for the world!
 If I was with an agency though I'd be watching and learning as fast as I could to limit how long I'd be with them for as the thought of someone taking half of my hard earned cash makes me nauseous.

That's true.  I would say five months at the most just to get a good idea of do's and don't's and to get the general idea.  When I first started that's roughly how long I worked for an agency. I was glad to leave. I was a bit nervous going independent, but to be honest I haven't looked back since
