I don't think the site in general is a bad idea, but needs some better regulation, ie confirmation that the person signing up is a WG.  It was the 'false' report on a scary incident to scare us into joining that I objected to.

Can not agree more on both points, If it was a false report they need their hand slapping,  and having something in place to confirm that the person signing up is a working girl is a really good idea.

Call me controversial, but I think the website is a good idea, and is actually a pretty good implementation of a suggestion I made (which was ignored) when I first signed up to this forum. I agree that the marketing techniques used are a little bit suspect, but maybe, just maybe, we have here someone who may be a little naive when it comes to marketing, but is trying to do something good for the industry. Your "respected and genuine" warning boards are all crucially flawed for the following reason:

I do not know how other boards work, but I know the convention here is to give partial phone numbers with a few digits masked. This unfortunately renders the "search" function useless for all except the most savvy amongst us, which is a problem because let's be honest now - a warnings board on a forum only really works for recent warnings. The average escort isn't going to trawl through pages and pages of warnings on each of the different warnings boards across the internet to check to see if a particular telephone number has any historical "records" against it. What if an 'offender' has been away for six months and suddenly decides he wants to create havoc again? In this scenario your warning boards will not really help anyone, whereas this website may.

This is a good point,  i love using these boards now for a number of reasons, especially as it gives me the opportunity to talk with other girls who do the same as me, but finding information here on specific clients is impossible.

Once again, I agree that the techniques used to market the site is flawed, but has anyone emailed the person who runs the site and asked them for more information, or asked if they want any help? Yes it is flawed - but it patches some of the flaws inherant in the current system too. A combination of both could be brilliant...

Interesting point, im using 'clients2avoid' to check out new clients just before a booking, and the 'forums' for everything else. I dont think im ready to volunteer my time to help out though.
