I do agree that these Galactic condoms are an interesting concept.

But in addition to the unproven effectiveness for STDs and pregnancy alluded to previously, it would seem that such condoms are also difficult to use and remove (because of the adhesive strip that is stuck on the penis to hold the cap) as well as expensive ($5/condom + shipping)...
