The exact same thing has happened to me this week. I had a strange email asking to confirm a backpage ad that I hadn't even made. They had copied all my text, rates, titles and pictures. They also had put my number and my email address. The Facebook page thing is concerning as I really do not want a page made on that.

I am definitely going to delete the backpage ad but what if they just do it again? It was so strange because they cropped out the adultwork logo out of two of the pictures and blurred it out in one of the photos! Is backpage behind this or is it some randomer?

That happened to me a year or so ago - and they'd put my ad in an area of the country a long way from my actual location! I ended up having a bit of a back and forth with a woman called Pam who thought she was doing me a favour by giving me a free backpage ad!

Yes JAE, Backpage already replicate our ads in faraway places
as 'fillers' if the section's a bit empty.
I've seen mine duped and posted in Scotland, Devon, Wales etc
I'm in London and never posted for those areas.

They took mine down too, thanks God.
There are another thief sites, bitchesofbackpage/com and  en-gb/escort-advisor/com, it seems I cant get them to remove my aw ad.
Will contact google and see what happends.

Just to let you ladies know, I have contacted google and after proving (with an aw printscreen of my account while logged in) that escort.advisor stole my ad/pictures/phone number from aw, they removed it from google searches. My ad is still on their thief site but not showing on google anymore which is good enough for me.
Very helpfull and fast emails replies from google staff.

Another website has stolen my photos and copied text from my adultwork profile. In addition to that they've got my rates totally wrong so if someone tries to book me via that website they'll be pissed off that my rates are higher! Super annoyed.. The website is hotreddot.com and they may have stolen pictures from others too.

Someone mentioned that you can contact google to ask stolen content is removed from a google search, does anyone know how to go about that? Thanks..

Hi, I submited the links of the thief site and my aw profile link to prove they stole my ad from aw here: https://www. google.com/webmasters/tools/dmca-notice.
I told them I asked those sites to remove my stolen ads and they didnt and that I can prove at any time that the aw profile is mine.
Then after 3-4 days I got an email from removals@google. com asking me again to point the stealing sites which I did and I also send them a printscreen of my aw account while I was on the edit my details page to prove its my account and they removed the links from google searches same day.
The stolen ad is still on that shite site but no one can see it on google search :)

Good luck :)

Asking someone nicely at first may do the trick. I coincidentally used the same name as another lady a few years ago. I hadn't realised I had done it. Had she just asked me to change it I would have done it but her email was so rude I just told her to fuck off.

I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

Why don't you watermark you pictures with your name? Just google watermark and software will come up.

Once I found pictures of ParisB on dutch escort site. How dear they are to use photos of other escorts, couldn't they take it from a model or so?!
He came in the morning and woke me up with killer instinct. Wish I could stop this now.

I did put watermarks on my photos several months ago but they must have copied them before I watermarked them or somehow they were able to remove the watermark. I only just found the link to my stolen profile though.

I am dealing with removals at Google but finding the replies and what they want me to do very complicated but hope to resolve.

The very one day I showed more on pics than normal on escort Scotland. I thought just do for one day. Lesson learned.

Modified: Google removed the link to my stolen profile after I sent screenshots of me logged into my adultwork account. :)

'escort - advisor' have stolen one of mine too.
I've contacted them with a 'cease and desist'.
I have noticed that en-gb.escort-advisor.com are stealing pictures even though they have the adultwork watermark. I thought the watermark would deter them, but obviously not.

Has anyone heard of this site? I googled my number to see where it appears and i popped up on a review site called 'escort advisor'. It uses the photos that i have on aw, although ive not given permission for anyone to use my picture.

How do i get them to remove my pictures?

I've been contacting them for months without a single response - so I wouldn't hold your breath with this site.
