I've merged this with some of the other threads, since I remember there was some good advice given and possibly contact details for the site although I don't have time to read it all now ;)

They still steal images that are watermarked from AW and Viva I was in same situation all my images are watermarked

Yes, a watermark is just a photo edit and has no legal function whatsoever. What it will do though is make it clear to anybody else (including Adultwork) that any picture from there is stolen and that you didn't put it on their site.

Has anybody had any luck getting George McCoy to remove your info?
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

Is there nobody they can be reported to?

Yes report them to their hosts and domain company for refusing or ignoring your request to remove your stolen content and you can do a DMCA take down notice. A solicitor letter usually gets them taking it off fast but that costs.

I’m not filling in their form as they won’t enter into a discussion without you sending passport or driving licence details.
I think the whole thing is a scam.
I wouldn’t want to draw anymore attention to myself as they’ve used a shitty selfie from years ago that can do no harm.
If they’d stolen my main pic or pics then I would take it further.

Update from AW (I’ve been communicating with them)

They said if one of your main pictures is on another site they only remove the PICTURE from your profile, not your whole PROFILE so their terms and conditions have changed.

On a personal level I have decided to remove all professional pictures from my free gallery in case I need them.

The company in question looks Italian and his scrappy little knock off site won’t last long with any luck!

Yep you don't need to send them anything as they are the ones who stole your images in the first place. If you not too bothered still worth reporting them to domain/hosts and their refusal to take something off they stole in the first place. They have no right to demand passport info as first response. If they wanted to know it is you. All they have to do is ask you to write something on AW in code so they see it but this does not really count as they are the thiefs.

Thanks EG, can you report anonymously and also how do you find the domain hosts if so?

If you just do a google search for domain look up and host info there is websites that you just type in the website name and all the info comes up.

Yes you can report with fake name or work name and send them proof of advert and that you have tried getting it removed but they refuse to even though they stole it.

I can’t find it. All it says is get your domain name back. There’s nothing about someone stealing your details.

Ladies might also want to check Birchplace. I found SEVEN of my photos on there under under another working name.

It’s an absolute joke.

If anyone has the name or address of the complaints website or procedure in more detail I would be very grateful.

I know a couple of people that have had luck. Also report the company to their hosting company. To find out their info go to somewhere like lookup or Icann then you type in the websites name and it brings up all their details, when registered, server/host details then report them to them saying refusal of removing info that was stolen. A lot of the time a complaint to them gets info taken off.

Doing a google search for myself and found I was advertised on:
https://secrethostess.com/

I have no idea how my profile got added there. It was mostly accurate - so great free advertising right?
But it said I am Asian - I'm not.
It implied that I offer services that I don't.

So not good.

They have an easy link to request a takedown, which I have done- but this is your regular reminder to search for yourself. also, check up to see if you are on this site.

I've been getting a few texts this week when I'm not working or advertising anywhere and have found I have a listing on SimplEEscorts.
I've emailed them to ask about taking control of the advert, will update if I get anywhere.

Well they actually replied within an hour, on a Sunday morning, and apologised, said they'd remove immediately.

Recently getting a few websites - escort rankings - after complaining they removed my profile and now eurobella taking my profile. So annoying how random websites keep taking pictures of my tits and putting them on their website!!!
