For bookings in which the Client can't get hard, do you plough on regardless with oral?
Obviously this question is aimed mainly at anyone providing OWO as I do, although what happens if you provide OW only?

I have always just gritted my teeth and continued as usual, as the clients seem to like this.

It depends on the customer. And if we get on, how the vibe is etc. Often I will just ask outright if they will get hard.. Some say they have pleasure even when not hard etc. my problem is when they can’t get hard I tend to spend A LOT of time giving oral because we can’t have sex and it tires my mouth out. I think it depends on the cause tbh.

Guys with ED or an underlying condition that makes it difficult to get/sustain an erection normally know about it (in my experience) and will let me know so we can do other things

But if it's not the norm for them it's possibly down to nerves, it being too hot/cold in the room or them recovering from overdoing it either with drinking, drugs or wanking... I had a client confess he'd had 3 self inflicted orgasms that morning before seeing me!

I generally go with the flow, try not to stress them further by getting frustrated or furiously sucking them. One problem I've noticed in the last year or so, partially because some of my clients are ageing just as I am is a few want to go slowly with kissing, cuddles, slowly to foreplay leaving same amount of time at the end for their orgasm. However I'm taking longer to orgasm happening as I get towards but not quite at menopause, and they too need longer for theirs. I think it depends on the client.
I try not to make a fuss about it since that would only make them more stressed.
If its just not happening then I try to mix things up a bit. Lots of kissing, cuddling, using hands, etc.
