Obviously this question is aimed mainly at anyone providing OWO as I do, although what happens if you provide OW only?

It depends on the customer. And if we get on, how the vibe is etc. Often I will just ask outright if they will get hard.. I think it depends on the cause tbh.

Guys with ED or an underlying condition that makes it difficult to get/sustain an erection normally know about it (in my experience) and will let me know so we can do other things

But if it's not the norm for them it's possibly down to nerves, it being too hot/cold in the room or them recovering from overdoing it either with drinking, drugs or wanking... I had a client confess he'd had 3 self inflicted orgasms that morning before seeing me!

I generally go with the flow, try not to stress them further by getting frustrated or furiously sucking them. One problem I've noticed in the last year or so, partially because some of my clients are ageing just as I am is a few want to go slowly with kissing, cuddles, slowly to foreplay leaving same amount of time at the end for their orgasm. What if the client has a reaction to the medication? Some men do suffer side effects. I have always refused to obtain ED medication for punters/clients on the basis it is a medication they need to research, weigh up risks obtain themselves. Viagra used to be prescription only meaning as I understood it it shouldn't be given out by someone who isn't medically qualified or informed.

I would never offer a client any type of medication. Viagra can lower blood pressure and cause side effects which although probably not life threatening I am not about to risk anything which prevents them leaving on two legs after time's up.
