So I've decided to work through an agency for their flat and see how it goes, see if giving 30% commission is worth not answering the phone or arranging my own bookings for me.
I've been scheduled an 8 hour shift today, 12 hours Wednesday and Thursday and 6 hours on Friday. So have the opportunity to make quite a bit of money.
Is there anything I need to know about, they said I text the agency when client is in and paid, and text when he leaves. The driver collects the commission at the end of my shift. Towels and bedding is provided. If I want a break I just text the office and let them know. They said 15 mins between bookings but I asked for 30 mins initially to see how it goes.
And the client never gets my phone number as he calls the agency to get the flat number when he's here. Does this all sound normal?
I'm a bit nervous about it all even though I've done plenty of escort work before. Not talking to my clients beforehand or screening them myself etc. and it will probably be more high volume.
Plus I'm working for ?35/half hour and ?70/hour so I actually need the high volume to make a decent amount of money!
Any last min tips?

Wow so little return, honestly why are you not able to work on your own? Do you not want to answer your phones or what is it?
-
15 minutes between each client :o wow slave drivers!! I've only ever done outcalls for agencies but you should be able to set your own pace. I trust the rate you mentioned after their commission..?
-
I think you've started at the agency I work for, feel free to pm me if you have Qs but everything you've wrote sounds right x

I've worked in a girl run flat and did a 8 hour day.
The flat always had a receptionist there so we
were never alone which you seem to be.
That might be normal for some places I don't know?
When I've worked in someone elses flat and they
supply the jobs and pay for advertising,
I expect to pay 50% split/comms.
Which is fair as I'm using their resources.
So 30% seems generous....in theory.
We also did 15 minute 'refresh', which is easy enough.
Do you have any say in services you won't do?
I wonder what the 12 hour shift is about?
What is their security policy if you have
problems with a dangerous client?
-
Yeah the rate I mentioned is after commission :) PMd you Geordie x
Can't use my flat for work and decided to go with an agency as I'll be able to keep work in working hours. Just turn up for my shift and that's it, not having to constantly answer phone and arrange all my own bookings. Plus I get photos and advertising done for me and a flat to work from so I isn't have to invite clients to my home.
I will have to work more to make the same money but that's the price I pay for choosing such an unsuitable flat to rent!
I can have breaks whenever I want and request however long I want between bookings.
Any problems with client I ask them to call the agency to mediate it e.g. Disputes about times or fees etc. can always call the driver if needed I guess.

So if you do 6 one hour bookings in a 12 hour shift they get ?180 !!! You would be better off booking a hotel room and charging better/more usual rates ie ?120 per hour or more. That would give you ?720 for the same 6 one hour bookings, minus room cost , say about ?80. So you would end up with ?640 instead of ?420. Or if you want to work less you only need to do 4 bookings for the same amount of money. That's quite a big difference, plus you can vet your own clients and decide how long you want to work . 12 hours is an awful long shift.

Okay so today did not go well at all. 6 clients, none of which I liked and none of which would have made it past my own telephone screening. One attempted bareback and I had to make a trip to the GUM clinic, I can't get an appointment until tomorrow lunchtime and I'm really quite anxious to get a HIV antiviral.
I made ?30 per half hour as I had to pay to rent the flat too. The boyfriend is upset because I've been at work since the afternoon, just got home and only made ?180.
He pointed out that I could do 3 half hour clients while he's at work and be free in the evenings to skype him / see him. Whereas today I worked til the late evening and saw 6 clients, totally knackered and he didn't get to see me at all.
He said thinking that I had sex and gave full GFE including OWO and CIM for ?30 made him feel sick, like I'm being exploited.
Personally it would be hard but I would adjust to agency work, however my relationship is my priority. This man forgave me for working behind his back and decided he could accept my escorting so I will do what it takes to keep him ;D
Guess I have an awkward phone call to the agency owner now!
-
I suspect that he's used to it...
If the attempted barebacker (this phone wants to say 'bareback error'!) didn't come inside you, I personally wouldn't bother with any antivirals. If you want to ask, forget appointments and get to A&E - now would be fine - tell them what happened and ask about 'PEP'.

I'm a bit neurotic and I was freaking out despite knowing the risk of transmission is incredibly low. When the clinic couldn't see me I did consider going to A&E and hassling them to give me it but the driver convinced me to go back to work and stop stressing. I will go to my appointment tomorrow just for peace of mind of me and my partner. But I feel a bit calmer now.

Driver's there to control you.
You could adapt to it?
You're tough Jess!

Not really CP! I've already left the agency. Talked it out with the boyfriend and we both agreed indie work is best for me. Think the way I like to work is entirely different from agency standards e.g. I don't count shower time in booked time but agencies do.
There was other reasons as well, I think any girl will find it very hard to go from indie to agency.
-
Glad to hear it, you can work at your own pace and see clients that your gut tells you you will be comfortable with and make decent money for far less work ;)
-
Nice one Jess...can't say you didn't give it a go.

Think I used to work for them

I've worked for an agency where they charged ?120 outcall (more depending on area) I got ?70 driver gets ?20 & agency ?30 per hour. ?50 for half an hour. They also do in calls but you're not in the flat waiting for jobs there on your own you get picked up & dropped off
It sounds about right, try working for the agency but touring in a different city every other week to boost up your money. agency work is good sometimes cos you can get lots of work but other times you are sat around waiting or only get one job all night & wonder is it even worth sitting around waiting for ?70 you could work a normal job an get about that

A bit like indie work then, only with less money :).

yeah I suppose, I can't do full time independant cos I still live at home with my parents & flitting in an out randomly for outcalls would have my dad up the wall, I want to try an make touring definitely a once a month thing it's just hard making up lies all the time. I don't want to move out yet cos I don't want to have to pay bills lol & wanna try & stay home as long as possible
I like the atmosphere at my agency all the girls are lovely
