I have a regular client (escort work) that i got from Adult work even though my profile states just webcamming because a couple of my friends know me on there.

I want to get back into escorting but have never gone indie before. What is captain69 like to advertise? where is the best place to get good clients? obviously safety is very important for me i have 2 young children and i want to be as safe as possible. So any advice would be great?

I wish i could go on there as an escort but ive got 2 close friends who wouldnt be happy with me escorting so i cant tell them, i tried to set up a seperate profile on aw but it wouldnt let me as your only allowed one profile. Just dont want anyone knowing that i escort. is it best to join an agency? x

There's an enormous article on the main site (http://saafe.info) about advertising, if you're looking for a few options, plus articles about safety and being successful and staying sane.

It's an unfortunate fact that no particular bit of advertising works for all escorts. There are just too many zillions of factors to consider. It's best to A) get your own website with Google Analytics and a blog, and swap blog links with other ladies, B) nab listings on any and all free sites you can manage, and C) test out paid advertising sites one-by-one, tracking the hits you get from each site using Analytics and making notes about how many actual clients come to see you due to that site. The results may be surprising!

I have found interacting on the forum helpful.  As it's a subscription site the clients are more "professional" than, say p'net.  Getting involved in general chit-chat shows your character and good way of promoting yourself.

I have had good experiences of the site and happy to discuss anything further.

From what some clients have said to me is they have been put off the fact they have to pay for its features.  But then those clients I've had who have paid C69 have said they've found it useful to research and talk about perspective escorts.

I'm not aware of many sites other than C69 and P'net that are the main "go to" sites for men wanting to chat (have a "man-bitch") about escort.  I wonder how/if this'll change with the growth of social media and how clients interact/find/research escorts in the future.  This'll vary for those working at agency's or don't use the internet as a advertising tool.

I get a lot of work from c69 although I've never been on it personally, my agencies use them. Yes CP, all my clients from there have been very affluent men/couples that wouldn't bat an eyelid at the membership.

I have been on c69 but tbh I don't think that it brings me any serious work.. The message board is dominated by agencies and group of bored members who chit-chat about nothing.. I have posted a couple of posts there, but didn't get any work, other than a couple of pompous emails trying to bargain my rates.. Very annoying.. I had my first c69 review posted recently and YES it did bring a lot of traffic to my website, but yet again it didn't turn it to bookings..

I know one wg who swears it works very good for her.. So it can be hit and miss.. You don't know until you try..
