First booking - does this sound normal?
« on: 18 February 2014, 02:37:16 pm »
Hi ladies, so I decided to take the plunge and have gone indie. I put an advert yesterday and had today I had a message from a nice sounding guy who said he wanted to find out if I was available tonight for a dinner date booking. Called him back and he sounded really nice, gave me his name and hotel details etc but said he wouldn't be in the room till 6pm as he's at work. He said he wanted a dinner date but to see how things went and so possibly an overnight. Ok seemed all normal but then he's texted me a few times since asking what type of food I like which I thought seemed ok but then texted again saying he felt it better to warn me that he's very well endowed and that he hoped it wouldn't scare me off. I said it was fine but he text back again asking what I would be wearing and if I would wear stockings?
So my question is this- as I'm a newbie indie previously i always worked for agencies and had no prior contact with clients before meeting, therefore would love to know from you ladies whether this sounds normal to you or is it strange for him to have sent this many texts? I'm hoping he's not a time waster!!  Thanks I'm advance for your help and apologies for the lack of paragraphs as I typed this from my phone xx

Thus far he's being pretty normal but I would watch to see if he continues to ask lots of questions. You could end up ping-pong sexting a guy who is just a time waster.

He doesn't sound normal to me but that doesn't mean he isn't.  I don't like guys who continually text after "making a booking", why not get that all sorted out before a booking is made.  Maybe im being too fussy, but time will tell, but the continual texts and the boasting of the size of his manhood is a definite TW trait.

He says he wont be in room till after six so i would just take it a step at a time.

I would do the usual security checks, even calling the hotel asking if Mr X has arrived even when you know he hasn't.  You can always say you'll call back later.  If the hotel sounds funny about things it may mean they don't have a booking for him but cant say. This you may have to judge for yourself.

What you don't do is move out of your home before you speak to him to him in his room at the hotel.  If you want to get ready before this then that is up to you.

Good Luck.

Thanks Kimberley. I found out he's a time waster and a well known one too! There's numerous posts on him on this forum! I'm grateful for this forum. Also checked his booking and the hotel said there was nobody booked under the name! Strange how some people get their kicks!!
