From time to time I also have received emails via AW offering me the rental on a flat from various members (always male) and I just ignore. I tend to keep emails for back reference but these people get no response from me.  They will be sending out the same offer to countless others.

If I was looking for work accom. I would be renting in the normal conventional way and not through some dodgy sounding person on a sex site.  If they simply want a rent from a tenant they could find people needing a home very easily. I suspect at the very least they are intending to charge a hefty rent compared to the average for their area as they know sps can earn huge money. As for the extra they might expect on top of the rent well all I can say is they can fook right offff!
