Face verification on Kommons

I've just had my first ad on Kommons refused because I didn't pass the face verification. I sent passport pic and face photo but because I'm not showing face on my advert, they said they couldn't verify.
Does everyone who advertises on there show a public face picture?
Or could you upload a public one for verification and then delete once you've passed....

Not sure why I'm just seeing this.

You don't need to verify to advertise there. So you shouldn't have a problem posting your Ad, even if you didn't pass verification. But if that's made them stopped you from posting, why not create another account and don't bother with verification.

Actually you do need to verify now apparently to post. Kommons have taken my money, haven’t posted my ad and are demanding that I verify with ID. Will not be submitting my ID to this scam site so they’ve just lost a customer and business, hope more girls stop giving their passport details to these random sites who retain and share our personal data without our consent.

Yes they have a bloody cheek. I suppose they are trying to cover themselves by making sure no advertisers are being forced and are genuine - is that why they are doing it?
