If I was working independently I would just offer the services that you are comfortable with and charge a price which reflects that. Otherwise you just end up making it unnecessarily complicated and men can be dim enough as it is.
Charging extras is normal in parlours but that's cos the basic price is very low. And they usually have a list of extra charges that they can read. And they still get confused and start trying to barter etc.

I charge extra 30 for OWO and am really clear about this from the outset.
I would say that 80% of Clients choose this.

I also charge extra for any outcall starting after 7pm because i hate working evenings.
50 quid extra, on top of my usual fee per every half hour from 7.30pm..

.Most Clients find they can accommodate before 7pm after all  ;D

I don't work after 9pm start time. Ever.

They wouldn't like me if i did   8)

I don't work after 9pm either.
All my bookings require a deposit whether day or evening.  It's been a helpful tactic to weed out TW's.  People who can't do deposit usually say so straight off!

Getting your preference list 100% accurate on AW is very important. You certainly don’t want complications or arguments about your service. I ask my clients if there is anything not on my list that he needs. Although men are dim they seem to be experts on studying your preferences list

I’ve never had a problem with my extras (one main one). They either want it or they don’t and since I ask at the time of booking they say either yes or no and that’s it.

I’ve been working that way for years. Never been an issue for me.

I will say, if I had a multitude of extras, that would be an arseache, but I don’t.
