Hello,
I am currently doing what you are thinking of doing.
I work on adult work at £200/ 1hour, and Im on a 3 agencies at £300 and one at £600 per hour. I get a lot of work from all of them.
My clients aren't very different, they are mostly very nice gentlemen from all different backgrounds and ages. I offer a vanilla/gfe service and take 2-4 clients a day depending on my mood and the day, which I am very happy with. A few years ago I was £130 per hour, which worked for me at the time but it is not for me now, but I have experience of clients at different levels. If you are high volume putting up your fee is not going to be for you. Some days I only have 2 clients but I am happy with £400-£800 per day as I don't want to burn out.
You do not need to stay in expensive flat but it must be decent, a lot of agencies girls rent serviced apartments or studio flats. I don't think it is a problem, it just needs to be clean and presentable. You are only likely to get clients in Central London. Good places of work in my experience: Earls Court, Kensington, Baker Street, Marylebone, Bayswater.
Agencies take 30% of your fee. The agencies I'm with are reputable and 95% of clients are amazing, I am thinking of coming off adult work and only seeing my regulars from there. Personally I can't be bothered to skim through time wasters to get reliable clients from adult work. You'll get a lot of outcalls to 4*/5* hotels, some clients will like dinner dates or overnights.
When people think of high end they think you need to be a model, you don't. Everyone is different and men will go for what they like. You could be a model or look alternative, you just need to present yourself professionally.
I've also had my own website, and advertise on 22 Burlington, Cherry Girls, London Escort Guide etc. I'd say I got around 2/3 clients per week from that but for me it was not worth the fees you have to pay to advertise on the directories. Clients are very nice though, mostly long dinner dates or travel.
Depends on the agency but you'll probably need at least one set of professional pics (Alan Thomas, Ruan ver de sande, Alec fasani, Ilona all good). Selfies are good if taken correctly ( all mine are selfies ) actually clients LOVE them, they look for selfies the most. I honestly don't think you need a lot of professional photos, just one set of photos taken recently and selfies.
And above all your service needs to be good. I've spoken to clients who only will pay more because they think they will get a better service (obvs not true) but your service should match your price.
You should focus on what your GOAL is. It is not one size fits all. Your service needs to be amazing and professional if you're going to charge higher and want to do well. I personally enjoy work so much more being a higher price. When I was a lower price I was burnt out, dealing with guys who want everything for nothing. I've really noticed a difference. You need to do what will make you happy but there's no harm in trying.
I can recommend you my agencies if you need.
