LOL Amen to spending less on shoes! Mind you I did impress myself in the summer by returning a ?280 pair of beautiful Marc Jacobs shoes. They were a little tight and I had hoped my feet were merely swollen from driving all day but alas the next morning they were still too small so back they went. I had even lined up my fashion designer friend to tailor make a matching dress! LOL

So I guess one of my resolutions is to curb the spending a bit as that was a bit extravagent. :)

First goal for me is to use my degree (results due in Jan) to get on a post grad course in September. The post grad course will be demanding so I may find myself giving up or certainly cutting down on escorting come the back end of 2008.

Interesting times ahead.

Sarah Jane - Hi. I have nearly two more years to go at uni, then I hope get a decent job. The big question then will be whether to go on escorting in my spare time. I suppose it depends mainly on what job I get. Ideally I would like to do both. I would really find it hard to give up.......Take care, Tasha.

*Cough*. You neglected to also mention the ?80 t-shirt I had to (literally) drag you away from in the same department store.

Happy New Year to you too Tasha. Tbh I don't have that many plans. I have a couple of 'quiet' ones regarding my family. Silent wishes if you know what I mean, wanting the best for everybody.

For myself the only other thing I have on my agenda to hope to do is to revisit Barcelona in the summer. I went last summer (2006) and I didn't get a chance to go the Dali Museum and I was gutted. I did get to do all the other touristy stuff, La Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell and even the Nou Camp, home of Barcelona footie. But with a public holiday and Mondays being siesta days, I was thwarted from visiting. So fingers crossed I get to go back.

Good luck with the rest of your degree Tash. Well for me, the job I am planning to go into will not allow me to escort, I will probably carry on while I am training but the two really would clash once fuly qualified so I would have to give it up completely then.

Ah yes I forgot about that. I had a bit of a spending spree crazy on that trip - I really must learn to actually answer my phone when on tour and take the odd booking or two! :)

One of the nice things about 2007 was seeing this board used more as the year went on. Let's hope that continues into next year.

(I think the most I've ever spent on shoes is about ?30, but then I think 'fashion' is something that happens to other people!)
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."
