This is the point at which you may start to wonder how good this agency is for you. As long as some of the people they are supposed to be marketing get work, it doesn't really matter to them if you are one of them - having your details on their site costs them nothing. It matters more to you...
You might consider how much work you'd get if you went independent, charging what you'd end up with after the agency's cut. You'd end up with the same amount, clients would pay less, and the only losers would be the agency. Tough for them, although if they can't get you work, many people would consider them a bunch of losers already.
