Hi again,
As I have decided to start escorting once I get everything in place (website, advertising, phone etc.etc) was wondering about registering as self employed and tax credits. I am currently on Income Support and receive tax credits and child benefit. I would obviously need to declare any earnings from Escorting. If I do this, will I still be entitled to tax credits?
Also, if there are some weeks (or months :() that I don't get regular work, will I be enetitled to Income Support during these times?
I am hoping that once I start, I can work 2 days per week, but will need to look at getting a child minder for my youngest. Will I be able to claim childcare tax credits for this?
Sorry for all of the questions (again), just want to make sure that I have as much info as possible so that I do everything the right way.

can only copy from the post above about the working tax credit...yes u are intitled to working tax credit how much u recieve depends on ur earnings x
but i can help with the child care side of it cause i have recently changed my claim :) they pay up to 70% or 80% (cant remember what it is) of ur child care costs but it will have to be a registered child minder or nursery and will need all their details aswell i.e their registration number, name, address.....
i found them very helpful over the phone (0845 300 3900) u should maybe fone up and ask for advice and see where to go from here.
good luck xxxx
