No, it's a scam. Don't waste another second of your time thinking about me, just forget it and move on.

You'd do well to delete the words 'high class' from any mental association with prostitution too; it's the language of scammers and deluded pimps. If you mean expensive, just say expensive :).

    • I should be updating this instead...
Yes, anyone who expects you to be sexual with anyone without you getting paid - preferably in cash, but certainly something that can't be taken back - first is a scammer.

Talking about not paying tax on all of your earnings isn't very wise. Ditto actually lying to HMRC.

Sad to think how many sex workers are scammed by this type of thing. In my working history I remember at least 1 or 2 cases where I forgot to take the money up front and the client left without paying. I felt as if I had just been raped  =(

I missed that part because I'm on my phone and in a rush, but yes. We can't make you pay your dues but don't expect a lot of sympathy if you get dropped in it and penalised whether it's as a result of your post or anything else, since it's us that have to make up your share for you.

Claiming their clients are so 'high profile' that they don't need a website is another massive red flag. The 'audition' operation around Heathrow that used to dupe people into getting ragged half to death for hours for free on the promise of squillions of pounds with their Super Secret Mega Klassy 'agency' used to do that one.

Seriously, how many 'high class' escort agencies are going to advertise on Craigslist. It's Scammy McScamface.

Also, it makes no difference how you get your money - you still need to pay the same amount of tax whether your earnings are in cash, bank transfers or gift vouchers.

Probably end up in a flat for him and his mates fuck you stupid for nothing and/or he could sell you to blokes and keep all the money.
If you cant see this is a scam from a mile off I do worry you are too na?ve for this business.
Even his name sounds fake and something a Nigerian 419 scammer would use.

Isn't Craiglist a breeding ground for abusive clients? If what a WG told me is correct, the majority of dangerous attacks against working Girls in America come from clients who use CL.

Don't see the point in avoiding taxes, especially if you need credit. Makes no sense!

If something sounds off or too good to be true it almost always is. If you want to make money in this business you need to develop some intuition because if you let them people will take advantage of you and use you. I can't tell if OP is young and naive or can't understand English well enough to see through lies but in either case it's bad.

You need to be strong willed and have your wits about you to survive doing this, this type of scam is about the easiest to spot so if you fall for this stuff then you should probably just consider a regular job.

All of this just screams scam. You'll never see any money and you'd just be duped into having free sex with loads of men.

Of course it is fake name. We all have fake names, Mature Helen. How naive are you to think that somebody in this business would tell you their real name?! No need to worry about me, I'm good. I made the post, cause it seemed very strange to me as well.

Everybody can just calm down!  :D I could understand myself that his story is very strange, thats why I made the post. I have never worked as an escort, just wanted to know if there really are agencies who take bank transfers and pay women by BACS payment. I do only sensual tantric massage. Happy that everybody else are so very honest and pay full tax and use their real names and never lie about their job to others, little angels  :) And there is always high, middle and low class, no matter what you are talking about. You can be a prostitute and ask 80 pounds for one hour or 800 pounds an hour.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure there isn't much that Helen's naive about. I'm also fairly sure that this wannabe pimp would have been expecting you to give him your legal name along with the rest of your bank details.

And there is always high, middle and low class, no matter what you are talking about. You can be a prostitute and ask 80 pounds for one hour or 800 pounds an hour.

You're talking about higher and lower prices, not 'class'. They're two completely different things and not interchangeable - somebody doesn't magically gain class by charging higher rates or lose it by charging less? Either way you're obviously fine, so no matter.
