Building a website
« on: 19 January 2010, 01:30:36 pm »

Firstly I would like to thank everyone who has replied to me because of Saafe, it has helped immensely.
I think I'm slowy getting somewhere. I'm designing my own site and being the technophobe that I am I don't know if all the "warnings" and legal jargon are put in automatically or I should copy them from somewhere? I really want to put it up asap.
Another thing, because I'm not set up for incalls yet, I can only do hotels or houses. I'm still not very comfortable with the idea of private homes , as I'm not doing mass markting on a high end scale yet  I imagine not many  punters have hotels in current finacial climate. Is there still enough work in Cenral London  in hotels with just  a punternet ad?
When the get enough calls I  could get a hotel myself.
I was told there is a list of usable "friendly" hotels on Saafe but cant find it. Could you  let me know where to find  it.

Thanks, Erica

For the website stuff. Not knowing who you are using, I cant really answer the first bit, but just in case, wont take a few minutes to write your own, the bare minimum most companies/hosting places will insist on is a warning that your site contains adult content, that could be something as simple as "if you press continue you will see nekkid pics" or you could go the whole hog about reminding them they have to be over eighteen, blah blah..

Anything beyond that especialy things like the time and companionship disclaimer, are a waste of words in the UK, but ladies  choose to add them all the same.

Hope that helps?

As for the rest, Im sure those with more knowledge of London will be along shortly.

I don't think Moonfruit is going to put anything on your site for you (except for their ads if you have a free site). If you want anything on there, write it in.

I'm not a Londoner myself, but while going to hotels only certainly restricts your potential income, I think it's less of an issue in London than most other places. During the week there'll be a lot of people staying in hotels on business and they often get bored in the evenings and book an escort. If you cover the airports as well that will help since people often spend a night there.

For your website, you might want to consider Wordpress. See this post:
http://www.saafe.info/main/index.php?topic=2217.msg21644#msg21644
Wordpress is easy to learn and will give you lot of options to grow your site.  Many escorts are using it.
However, explicit nudity for commercial purposes can conflict with their terms of use, if you are using their hosted version, ie when you site is on their domain, like:  yourname.wordpress.com

I've seen moonfruit websites made by Indie's though I find moonfruit slow and tricky to use.
