I would absolutely laugh my head off at an agency owner (pimp & criminal) trying to take you or any other escort (working completely legally) to court over 'stealing clients'. Not to mention the fact that you can't steal an autonomous person. Clients will choose to spend their money where they WANT to spend their money. If they want to see you outside the agency and either save on the agency fee or pay that extra bit directly to you, that is their choice.

Re. the clothing issue - hrm. Do you have to wear a coat even if it's 29 degrees out?! How odd. I think the dresses and things you've linked to are really pretty (though I agree with you in that I also personally prefer more 'flowy' things rather than tight skirts or structured dresses for myself) - isn't the most important thing how comfortable and confident you feel in your work outfits? Although it sounds like your agency are really determined to manage 'their' girls in a somewhat draconian manner so that they can ensure a good reputation or whatever. Bit misguided to think that creating an army of identical women is going to necessarily mean good reviews, but I can't see it making much difference either way so... *shrug*

If you're planning to ultimately go indie anyway then you can probably just tolerate the most uptight pimps in the world and their mad demands til it all gets too much and you tell them to sod off. Just make sure never to give them personal real details about yourself (full name, address, personal number, passport info, face pictures unless you're already showing them publicly anyway, etc) so that, in the likely event of them having a massive fit of paranoia about STOLEN CLIENTS and OMG and NOT WEARING THE UNIFORM or whatever then they can't track you down and "take you to court". Or whatever. Honestly - agencies these days!

I don't see what you're getting at - there's nothing wrong with consenting adults advertising or doing whatever services they see fit, and this isn't an advertising site anyway? As for the pictures and so on, the Youtube video was the first one anybody has posted that was actually relevant to the forum and didn't need to be removed in four years or so (as far as I can tell without watching it, anyway) so I can't see that being a regular problem, and the images were just far too big and completely unnecessary.

It's perfectly possible to post anything you like on here, whether it be porn, hate speech, people's personal details or a recipe for yorkshire pudding written in Tagalog, but most people have the sense to realise what is sensible, courteous and appropriate and what isn't. And how long any of it stays put on the public board is another thing entirely.

Anyway, back on topic now, I think. Stupid pimps are far more fun.
