Emergency: period! Help please!
« on: 31 July 2014, 09:51:52 pm »
Ok, ladies I'm panicking! My period started now and I really had a bad week and my only bookings are for tomorrow night and Sat and cannot turn them down, I have no cash left lol!

Amy I know it's a repetitive topic sorry !
What should I buy? Sponges? I read so much here and now I'm confused and panicking! How do I use it? Will it work if I'm really tiny and tight down there?

Thanks

I take the continuous pill so I don't have to deal with periods any more, but when I did I would use just any sort of sponge. You can cut up a cosmetic sponge, or use the sort that are sold in Boots for putting on foundation. Or cut up a regular kitchen sponge. Wet them, squeeze them out, and stuff them up in there.

They can be hard to fish out, I can tell you that.

I would never advice to use sponges etc, it's not fair at all on the client, especially if they were to find out!! It could really ruin their experience.

Period play etc is disgusting IMO. I'm on the implant and don't get periods, but I definitely wouldn't work if I had one! Surely you can just wait a few days?

I have used sponges when on just don't allow them to finger while use. And use plenty of lube to prevent breakage of condom. I have been fine since 2011. Only 1 felt the sponge out of many back in 2011 when worked in a parlour. If they do then say well this is what escorts do. To be honest they enjoy RO. I have to be seriously ill to be out of work.

When I did it, not one of them ever found out and I had heavy flow.

And your opinion on period play is just your irrelevant opinion. It's also not pertinent to the topic, as "period play" is when someone deliberately has sex with a woman on her period because it turns them on.

If I could wait I would. But thank you for your opinion...

I'm grateful that there are men in the world who don't find the way women work hideously disgusting. It's natural. I have sex with BF all the time on my period and he's not phased at all ;D

Charlotte - I prefer cosmetic sponges (foundation ones) I rinse myself out first (whether or not that's recommended I don't know...), insert the sponge as high as possible then after I "birth it out" (puuuuush) and use one finger to retrieve it.

Yes i use rammer sponges if my period gets in the way of work.  I never allow fingering no matter what time of the month and no client has ever found it in all the years I have worked.

And as for comment about it being disgusting, there are lots of things i dont offer clients as it doesn't float my boat but each to their own, as lots of people find sex workers disgusting in general.

You do what's right for you.

I find the Ramer sponges to be the best personally. Don't use to huge a piece though or it will cause you discomfort when having sex. Experiment using different size pieces before hand x

Kimberly, which pill do you use? I'm still finding it hard to deal with my gp here. I don't really understand why it's gp that prescribes the pill... I stayed on dianette since it's the same in the uk but could ask my gp about yours?

When I got my period my libido goes crazy;)! If I don't get any then I could just play with myself ten times a day lol!

But MD how can you be okay to offer RO when on your period? Not only if the client found out he would probably be horrified, but surely it's putting the client at more of a risk isn't it?
