Does anyone else use East Midlands Internet Ltd at all?

I have had them on and off for my SEOing, and they were still responding to contact up until a couple of weeks before Christmas. I then contacted them to advise I was launching a new site, could they assist and nothing...........gave them over the festive period and emailed again, including their general customer service email address. Not a squeak, so today I've rung the number on their website, only to go straight to voicemail....

Am wondering if they have gone under, shut up shop or whatever. I'm midway through a 12 months SEO contract which I've paid for upfront.

Disappointing as it's the second internet company in one month to become unresponsive and let me down.

There are quite a feq complaints that he is not bothering to answer anyone or do anything even though is still taking cheques.  A quick google search brought this up and a long list of compaints about this new guy and getting no answer even though money has been paid.

Just to also let you know it seems both steves run a few companies together all with the same complaints so may well be just the one man using different surnames as both live at same address

I did the google too earlier, but the complaints date back to 2008, with a few at the start of last year. I've had no problems with their responses in the latter half of last year at all - not until now. Can't find anything recent at all.
