I tend to drive my own car to outcalls and have never had any problems. Yet.
Same here have done for many years, I would advise having a normalish, easy forgettable car and definitely avoid having a private number plate. Also how will he know it's your home, you could be visiting a friend or another client and most people I think just get on with their lives.
My main concerns are is there legal parking for the duration, and do I need to register or pay in order to avoid fines. I have arrived to discover I'm expected to park on pavements or double yellow lines, or need a resident's permit, or there's an app to use to pay for parking.
Quite a few in the type of environment you describe want to walk me to my car afterwards, this can be a thoughtful safety gesture but it can also delay leaving if client needs to put clothes on, shoes, check his phone, forget, remember his room key. I often just insist I'll be ok.
