Don't have time to speak client at phone
« on: 29 June 2013, 03:38:02 pm »
Hi. I work for an agency right now. But i wanna work  as independent as well. Most of time i spend outside. Going gym etc...
If i put my phone number to website I will get many calls and most of them will be time wasters asking me weird question and which i can't answer while outside. I don't like to talk about myself as well. Doesn't look like to me professional. So  i am thinking now have reseptionist who make booking and i will pay them percent. I only do hotel visit in London.  What do you think guys? Is it good idea? Anyone wanna make booking for me send me pm please.
Thanks.

I never pick up the phone and on my profile I mention "contact me by text or email first!" if they call I just don't pik up as this mean they did not read my profile/website properly :)

No one can do the job of selling your services as well as you can yourself.  Others may also not vet in the right way and you may end up with bookings with guys you wouldn't normally see.

You don't need to answer call when outside but itis best if itis YOU that answers the phone.  Guys like to speak to the girl they are going to see too and may feel they are being duped if they can't.

If you want the extra work it is best that you answer the calls yourself and with calls being limited now it isn't always viable for someone to work on a percentage rate.

Edit : If you are so busy and don't have time to simply answer the phone calls, when are you planning on taking the bookings.

Beauty is nothing to do with having a pretty face.
It is about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart,
And most importantly a beautiful soul.

You can try the e-mail only policy. It works well for me.
And if you need to advertise a number, just redirect any call on the answer box telling in a nice way to write an e-mail.
It's just an other way to proceed.

It might not work for everybody nor everywhere as it's for sure calming down the business but on the other side, it usually brings customers who really want to see you and for sure are able to follow instructions.

For the "voice part", I ask for a call the previous day (for advance bookings) and one or two hours before the booking.
With a nice organisation, you can even take same day bookings two hours in advance, which is usually the mooving time required by most of outcall ladies.

id personally suggest just dealing with the phone calls and not getting a receptionist.

obviously state on all adverts that you prefer an email enquiry first and reply to any texts with your website and also leave a answering message giving website and contact instructions.

i always like to speak to a client before i see them but thats me.

I totally agree and I WOULDN'T and COULDN'T take a booking from someone I had not spoken to personally but each to their own.

It's all depends if you can trust the person who taking the calls for you.
My friend taking the calls for me few days a week, she used to work herself so she knows what to say, what to ask etc.
If someone doesn't sound right then she doesn't arrange any booking, she is same age as me so she always pretend to be me when people call.. as everybody knows guys prefer speak directly with the girl they will be seeing.
For me personally helps a lot as i wouldn't be able to see the amount of clients if i had to answer the phone myself.
