Just for an update.  Since implementing a one drink rule, i have had a couple of instances of Punters turning up a little 'loaded'. One of them i sent away and the other i let in as they seemed sweet and nervous.  Turned out it was a bad decision.  Once through the door they got a little demanding and i ended up turfing them out after they started to get insistent.

I need to get stricter with my alcohol policy to stop this happening again.  Anything could of happened!  Seems a little scary!

Sorry to hear this, it's just awful when people push boundaries. A new client was explaining they do like a drink, they enjoy it, so I explained I have to say zero because other's misinterpret '1'. Once I've met someone once they tend to understand, and those who want '1' will have '1' before I arrive or alongside a meal and are fine.

There's a few who've actually found their alcohol intake has reduce greatly since seeing me, seems it's opened their mind a bit and made them think they can enjoy life without having to attach a glass of wine or beer to it.
