Hi, when I started doing this the girl I worked with kept a notebook with names and numbers for all her regulars - her criteria was anyone she'd seen more than twice - and it had a few notes about what they liked in the bedroom and personal stuff. She'd never let me look at it! But I started doing the same. I stopped for a few months though, because a fellow WG told me she thought it was weird and 'anal'! I don't do anal, btw. :)
I've started again. I just have a thing on my phone with number and 'name' and a few personal details and if they're really into RO or whatever. It's so I can stay connected when we're in the room together and hopefully they'll keep coming back. But am I alone in this?

I tend to remember their likes but will put next to their name if they like ow or they don't kiss as a reminder

Definitely - this is a must.
As you say, it enables you to make your service fit so that they have a good time and come back. I find out what they like me to wear, how they like to start (slow or straight down to it) I offer anal and it helps to keep a note of clients that want this - so I can prep and douche or save time by not doing this if it is not their thing. I can also avoid agreeing to anal if they are too big or do it too hard. I also make a note of condom fits and if kissing is OK or not on. When they share what they like you to wear, not only can you wear that thing but you can make out that you bought it just for them (even though I did not!)
I have all their phone numbers on my work phone and I give each one a client number and show their name (I have over 100 of them) - then I can quickly look them up in my book when they call and make the conversation really personal (even if I can't remember them!). Just make sure that they can't hear you turning the pages of the book
I also have a similar system of recording numbers of punters I want to avoid
I once worked in a customer service call centre and got the tricks from them - at that place, the phone was connected to your computer and as soon as the phone rang, it brought all that customer's details, last jobs etc onto the screen.
I think most do this.

This is a great idea! Usually I have a good memory but something like this really helps, least it shows you make the effort. Thanks for sharing! :)

Yes I do keep notes and some are quite comprehensive regarding his likes and dislikes and his personality sometimes if I found him ok but hard work, the list is endless. I try to keep it brief in my notes if I can but while some long term regulars who have booked me a great many times will already be deeply ingrained in my memory so no need for notes, those I see much less but still come back from time to time I do make notes and I find these invaluable.
I do not delete any numbers if I have seen these men within the last 3 or 4 years but beyond that I sometimes have a sweep out of my phone as it does not store an endless number of names/nos. If they have not booked me in 5 years I assume they won't again but once in a blue moon they surprise me and I have lost their details so they have to remind me verbally.

Yes, I keep detailed notes for every client. They are not on my phone or anywhere which could be stolen and used as blackmail against myself or the clients.
I find it very helpful, and just in case I lose/damage my phone all my data is not lost. I also save numbers and notes for any twat I wish to never see which have not met me but made an enquirer.

No notes, (obviously their numbers are saved so I know who they are) but maybe since due to circumstances I tour a lot so have less regulars.

Exactly the same.
I couldn't cope with detailed notes. I'd probably end up leaving the 'client list' in a hotel bedroom somewhere!

This is so super organised! I would start something g like this but I?d probably stop after a while as I know how lazy I get!
I?m more like SS and MD and I tend to remember things about people.

It's a good idea to do this , if I get a call with specific role play requests from a regular I do write it in the discreet note book .
With new guys I just put it on paper and tend to shred it afterwards .

very professional it...ahah i do not! but i have good memory so i remember all likes normally.
just i think that it is a good idea to note which outfit you wore, just to change it when next time...
i like the change and i think that punter like as well...a different outfit..

Me too. I can usually remember people who've been even once before so regulars are easy; if they want things like anal they need to ask when they book and I have so few work clothes I'm not in a position to worry about whether or not a punter might have seen something before.
God knows I have enough to do without creating even more unpaid work for myself :).

I love lists and list-making (my Christmas food one has sections and subsections and is also divided into days and shops :D) but I only make the ones I need. I don't need a list to remember punters because that wouldn't be remembering :).
I do save regulars numbers once they've been more than a couple of times, but not in any identifiable way and if I tried to explain my system I'd look like Rain Man ;D.

For the last few months I got really into using the Notes feature on my phone. Not massively detailed, just stuff I would want to know, e.g. "oral only", "massive cock", "total wanker" etc. If I clicked with them, also stuff we talked about e.g. "likes science fiction" or whatevr.
Then my phone died and I lost everything. Since then I really haven't been motivated to laeave notes, but really I should do!

i had some small note on my phone when i record their number..like Mike, English, smocker, fun ok ok...

it is not really about their like, is more about my like! ...i won t to be too professional,...i want to be myself...i am not to much to the service of my client...LOL i offer myself as i am..or they like or not! (ideally)
about outfit change ... i like for me as well to change..boost my energy and i feel more then ready for my client..like a boyfriend! dress up nicely for him ( i m romantic )
i do not shopping..i just mix things up.....jewellery, necklace, shoes...change hair style...get bored easily if i do not change and it is good for mood purposes!

It makes me smile when I get a booking from someone I have not seen in a very long time. I may mention eg. his pets or his hobby if he told me the last time or that he loves red shoes and his amazement that I remembered after 2 years is funny to see. They think I have a fantastic memory but all it is, just a few notes next to his name in my records. Some men think we should shred numbers/names and erase all signs they met us but sod that, it is for my benefit I keep records, not theirs.

I keep very basic notes. I feel it's important to save phone numbers and/or email addresses between STI screens in case the nightmare should happen and you catch something. For uber-regulars, I also want to make sure I don't repeat the same outfit.

This applies to me. I have enough outfits to not need a repeat for a long time.

Massive respect to those who do this, but I would never go to these lengths lol. I will usually remember what they like once I see them again (might not recall during comms but once I see their face then I will). In my opinion, it's up to them to be clear what it is they're after.

I use "client notes" on AW.
You can't post public comments anymore, but I find "client notes" helps me sometimes.

That's why I do it - I have a terrible memory for faces. A couple of weeks ago a guy booked and came for a half hour and after we'd had sex he said "I know last time I told you blah blah blah" and I was like, last time? I had no clue that we'd ever met before let alone had sex :D Thankfully I managed to cover up my total failure to remember him by saying "Oh yeah, that's right" and vagueing it out (a skill developed during my civvy job during many boring conference calls where I would completely zone out and then suddenly realise I'd been asked a question...)
I mainly tour though. When I worked incalls from my home town I didn't keep notes for my regulars because I'd be seeing them at least once a month. Now I only work on tour so it's rare I'd see someone more often than every 3 months.

Glad, I'm not alone. Sounds like some of you go more in-depth than me on the info. I did stop with the notes for a while, but I got annoyed when I mixed up two different clients.
There was 'Mark' who was sweet but boring and didn't have a clue and 'Mark' who was gorgeous, blue eyed and had a lovely gigantic dick. (Sorry, I've turned into a bit of a size queen over the years)
I thought I was getting the latter but got the former instead - and while I like to maintain a professional distance I did feel a bit let down.
After that I vowed never again. Reading these replies I feel inspired to start a cataloguing system!!

I make notes too but some are brief and some are more detailed:
I save every single client Ive seen in my phone (because I dont tour) as something brief, like " John AW Kabbalah" or "Joseph BP IT nerd". I do this to
- trigger my memory if they call again as I can see their name on my phone screen, so it has to be really specific ie their physic, job etc.
- because I tend to see a lot of guys with the same name who have found me on the same website so I need to be able to differentiate between them all lol
In my phone book in the notes section I used to write notes but only for guys Id seen and blocked and I did this to remind myself why I blocked them - but now that I have TC I just block them without storing them in my phone book
The more comprehensive notes is on my numbers spreadsheet (macs version of excel) where I write down everything - name, number, website they found me on, booking duration, inc or outc and so on. I dont really write what their likes are because most of the guys I see are very vanilla like me lol. I rarely get a booking where I feel the need to write down what they were into (unless it was a D/s meet) and I have a great memory so if they are a reg then Id remember it without the need for noting what they liked
Essentially I take notes more for me so that I can remember who they are - if I can remember who they are then I will automatically remember what they were into (& if it was something specific/unique)

I'm definitely a list/note maker.
It really only takes 5 mins after the appointment to record what I wore, what service they had, any plus points (or negative ones), even condom size! I also note anything relevant from our conversation that I can mention next booking. They love the fact I've 'remembered', eg. 'had a problem with the car', 'strained their shoulder playing tennis', 'just had new grandson' or 'where they recently holidayed', etc.
This prevents me accepting a return booking from someone I didn't enjoy being with but whose name I've forgotten. Also the personal touch encourages clients I HAVE liked, to return. Making them feel 'special' for the time we are together is part of the service. What surprises me though, is that they always seem to fall for my terrific memory skills. It's about as lightly as your dentist remembering a nugget of small talk after pulling your tooth. ;D

I never kept a note of regulars likes and dislikes. But it is whichever works better for you. I would say go for it. :)

I don't see many people so I don't need to but if you're busy then it's a must probably don't store people in your phone as foot fetish Freddie or similar though lol you might leave your phone on your mates sofa or something
