Not that Im a cynical old baggage but some will say quiet as they dont want more competition, some will say busy but thats then and not necessarily you. It would be best to do a few tours down there, see how you get on. Going by experience though its almost guaranteed your old regulars will find you and they will slowly pop up over time having just "re discovered" you. Plus to a lot of guys you will be fresh meat on the block so to speak. Good luck with the move if you make it. I can't imagine London being that quiet personally and lets face it, quiet for London is whats probably classed as busy in smaller towns x

I have to agree with Chloe  :)

As she said, its best to do a wee tour there first a couple of times before making the move, I want to go to London myself actually.

Im there at the moment ( touring 3 days leaving tomorrow  ) Its quieter than when I last went in August but that was the peak of the summer so always busy at that time but its still been ok for me

I don't go that often to london, but I'm planning to visit every other month now as i have had a fair amount of clients from my last trip come and see me again which was nice considering it was probably 5 - 6 months since i last visited

I probably could have been busier to be fair as I've turned down a fair few clients but I'm happy as hotel was cheap and for January i think I've done pretty well

Phone isn't massively busy for london i don't think  last time in the summer i got a lot of work from Backpage but mainly american and european tourist that were visiting but  all of those that have booked have all turned up so no time waster ect

I agree with touring first.  I would tour to see which area works for me and where I would feel comfortable, that is what I did and it took me about 6 months. When I toured I stayed in short let accommodations all over London. I'm still in a short let apartment now.

I think perhaps there maybe is a higher number of clients compared to other regions but London has a large population plus Living costs, travel and rents are high. I would say London has been OK for me, not great but OK but as I have never lived anywhere else I cant really compare the difference. But I know that If I wanted to move to London from another City or Country I would take a chance and go for it.

The bonus with short lets is that you can always cut your losses and move on if it doesn't go as well as planned and  they don't require as much documentation ie bank statements, employment references as a a long term rental property does.  The required deposit and months rent in advance  plus your ID (Valid Passport) is usually enough.
Downside is that they are more expensive to rent but the longer you stay the cheaper they usually are.
So, what she done said was that happy hoes ain’t hating and hating hoes ain’t happy.
