I'm in exactly the same position, I'm thinking of offering incalls from hotels.
Has anyone got any advice, other than the obvious things about the hotel (no keycards etc) is there anything else to think about?
Well you need to suss out the hotel first of course or know it at least fairly well, lifts, stairs etc. Also housekeeping maids - are they hanging around on your floor ? Mind you, I know fully well I've been seen going into hotel rooms by maids recently but hey, I'm just visiting (my uncle.......... LOL)
However, in terms of you working out of a hotel, well personally I used to do it years ago for a while. I made sure I didn't stay in one hotel for more then a week and moved around different hotels. I got to know which ones were fairly reasonable and I like hotels with big busy reception areas so you get unnoticed.
Also, think of the clients, where can they park? Is there reasonable parking somewhere? Is there a back entrance they can come into ?
Also, once a newbie is in your room you need to think logistics. Where are you going to put the money when he is in sight? It's easy enough in your work flat to take it to another room (and pretend there is someone sitting there too - something I did once when someone got too friendly for my liking)
I am happy to pm anyone some tips on working for incalls. These were given to me on a leaflet from the Praed Street Clinic and some things I hadn't considered and over time I have also adopted some rules myself so am happy to pm anyone any tips if you would like.
But above all ladies, always go with your feeling. If you don't like the sound of the voice on the phone, simply say no, sorry, not available. It's our choice who we see and our choice entirely. I know it's tempting to take every booking because of the money but it's not worth taking risks.
