Hi! I have worked in Angel before- it was about three years ago so not too recently- I found it to be a good area! Close to the City folk and easy to get to from Kings Cross  :)

I don’t work at the moment and never worked in the area but I live in Clerkenwell now for the past month and a half. And at the moment anyway it’s very dead here just in terms of people being outside etc. Not many people around and quite a lot of businesses working on reduced hours over this end so no buzz but obviously this might not be a reflection of how busy it is for work at the moment but just letting you know that it is very quite this end at the moment.

Holloway and Caledonian area is more residential than offices ..I used to work near Highbury and Islington tht was 6years ago and I was busy there as it was a good mix of offices and residential buildings.

What you think about Dalston Kingsland? I have apartment to view tomorrow and it's about 8 mins walk to Dalston and 13 mins walk to Highbury&Islington. I was working before in Central London near officess like Liverpool Street but at the moment it's too quiet for me. .

I think it's still quite a 'trendy' area, but not great for punters who like to get about via the tube.
