Season change
« on: 14 November 2017, 04:50:57 am »
Before August all of my work was in the daytime but for some reason no one seems to be calling until the evening now I have no ideas why the only thing I can think off is the season change dark morning and all that everyone else noticed this ?

I notice when the temp drops, the phone goes quieter, then it goes back to normal when they have climatised themselves, one thing is for sure, it was that cold yesterday I wouldn't have left the apartment unless it was on fire.

There's definite shift when the temperature plummets. But I cannot be 100% sure.  Someone else may well be busy.

I'm surprised about how quiet it is, at the moment. I work in the evening though.

This week my phone has gotten quieter, and for a while it looked like I'd not have any bookings. Next week however is more or less fully booked, and I've had several bookings come in for this week.

As a guide I don't take more than 1 booking per day, average 4 bookings a week, so 3 bookings so far is moderate and will sufficient - any more will be a bonus.

Also when I'm booked in advance short notice regulars can't get in, the quiet week is enabling me to see some I wouldn't usually be able to accept - so keeps their business.

It's normal November weather amazing that year after year, folk are taken off guard by something which happens every year of their lives and is fairly normal.

I always find the first week or so after the clocks go back a bit discombobulating, and feel quite tired/unmotivated. Just beginning to get my mojo back now, so perhaps some clients are the same - plus it's the quieter mid-month time re. pay day as well.

I don't blame them, either.  I have been wondering if someone could start a new thread, "how to motivate yourself to do more escorting/punting in November".   :)
