Nutjob knows where I live
« on: 13 March 2016, 09:48:09 am »
Yesterday I got an outcall request just a 10 min walk from where I live. Part of me was worried about having a neighbour as a client but the other part of me was yay, won't even have to take the tube, so I went to meet him.

When I get there he sends a message saying "please don't ring the bell my wife is home, I'm going to use my neighbour's flat, wait 5 min". Obviously I left immediately and been ignoring him since, but he started sending messages like "I've seen you before" "Why do you say on your profile you live on x neighbourhood when you live here?" and the really scary one "you live the same road as my brother, [name of my road]"

My road is very small, so he definitely knows where my house is if he's seen me here. I'm not exactly worried about my safety (not yet anyway) as he doesn't seem violent or dangerous, just an annoying nutjob.

But an annoying nutjob who knows where I live, so I don't really know what to do. Just keep ignoring him and he'll eventually stop? I thought about maybe telling him that if he doesn't stop I'm going to tell his wife, but that might just make him angrier? And he might not even be really married. Ugggh, suggestions?

I would totally ignore every text and call until he gets bored, you know where he lives too! X

I wonder if it was curiosity that made him place a booking, why only tell you five minutes before that his wife was home? As above, just ignore. X

I'd not respond either.

As far as the possibly non-existent wife and brother are concerned, you could always look up the addresses on the electoral register.
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."
