Buy a small fan. Yes all it does is move warm air around, but this cooling effect of evaporation
from the skin makes it feel 5 to 10 degrees cooler. ie. from unbearably hot and suffocating, to a warm pleasant environment. Doesn't cost much to buy or run either.

Its awful . Im a big girl and have to wear a lot of makeup because I have mild acne. Face melting off thick arab hair and too many layers with my sexy gear on underneath is absolutely killing me and I'm in SCOTLAND!!!!! :(
