How to start working in parlours or agencies?
« on: 04 August 2023, 11:12:15 am »
Hi so I’ve been doing Onlyfans on and off for a while and did some sugaring back when I first started out but, as I guess is the same for most, things are pretty tough and before I attempt street work I thought I’d try parlours. But the problem is I have no clue where to start with it. Do I just find a walk up in London and go in asking for work?? Do I assume most massage parlours are fronts and just call for a job?? Like I have no clue so if anyone could recommend some places in and around London that would be amazing!
I’m also worried I won’t be able to get work in places like this because I’m curvy and have tattoos and piercings (the tattoos aren’t even discrete like we’re talking hands, face and neck). So if this means I won’t get parlour work how about agencies? I’m mid twenties btw and obviously new to full service so plz any help would be amazing xx

Is it London you're looking to work in? Your other post says you're in Cardiff, which does have parlours too, AFAIK.

A decent parlour would be a good place to start (and you'd be more unusual if you didn't have tattoos), but it's not something I know much about, especially anything recent. I'd recommend doing some searches online as if you were a punter until you have a list of places that look OK, then give them a call :)

There are parlours in Cardiff and Bristol. I haven't worked in either but I think they can be a bit "drug friendly". If you are not into that scene don't do night shifts. I can recommend trying the agencies in Milton Keynes. They are run by the same people and they have a place in London too. I also work in a parlour in Greater Manchester too. You can DM me if you want the name. Don't presume London is the best place to make money. It is very competitive. If you don't have friends to stay with you will end up spending more on accommodation. I only work for agencies and parlours because I prefer it to independent work. I know most people on this site won't agree though. I actually get most info from reading punting forums. Or word of mouth.

The places in Milton Keynes and London are a brothel chain, not agencies in the usual sense  As for punting forums, we wouldn't recommend them to anyone who wants to maintain their sanity and faith in human nature, and most especially not a newbie

The place in Milton Keynes is set up more like a parlour because they do walk ins. But they refer to themselves as an agency. Anyway parlours are brothels. I'm only recommending them as places to work because of my personal experience. They are safe, clean, drink and drug free etc.

Yes, they have always referred to themselves as an agency even though they are obviously parlours (brothels). Nobody knows why and its only important to mention it because someone new might not be able to see the difference.

Just to add another thing into the mix - saunas are similar to brothels but the commission structure is different and tends to favour the worker. They tend to be clean and well run. But even so, you won't have any control over who you see.

You should at least be able to refuse to see someone again if they treated you in a disrespectful way. Anywhere that doesn't allow you to refuse to see someone like that would be a big red flag to me. Having said that you do need to see most people so if you are too picky most places won't like that. Same with breaks. You should be able to ask for a break if you need it but if you need one between every booking that isn't gonna work either. Realistically to make good money in a parlour you need to see a alot of people without many breaks and not be too fussy about who they are. Depends where you are but the price you charge is often down to which services you do. There is usually a basic rate then "extras". What is included in basic rate and what are extras depends from place to place. But OWO DFK CIM  and Anal are often the most common thing to charge extra for.

I presume they call themselves an agency rather than a parlour because is sounds better. Also they do have most clients booking in advance rather than walk in and most services included in the price unlike traditional parlours that have more walk in clients and lots of charges for extra services.

And since this thread is not here to provide free advertising to any of these operations, we'll move on.

As others said, don't assume you will make the best money in big cities. A little town with low competition but near a motorway junction can do better. Saunas, parlours, "flats". Think of them as all much the same. Everyone organises slightly differently and takes a different cut. But you can still earn more at those that take a bigger cut, so don't worry too much.

1. start by imagining you are a punter, and pick a few that YOU like the look of. Notice how many girls they sy work there per day and take a look at how they advertise the girls.
They might give the impression that there are always lots of girls to choose from when really there are only ever 2 on shift... In some places you would be the only girl with a "maid" receptionist - this might not be ideal if you are new to it. You might get on better in a place with a few "girls" - but is depends on the girls. Sometimes there's a great comrade atmosphere and everyone shares tips and tricks.

2.Also pick some you don't want to work in - PHONE these places first and ask about working there - that way you get a bit of practise for these conversations.

3. Some will want you to come in for an interview. Others will just ask you to come and work for the day. IF you get an invite to work somewhere, ASK
them what the girls wear.
If it is a massage parlour they might wear (super short and sexy ) massage uniforms to greet the guys (sexy undies underneath.
At other places, it is common for the "girls" to just wear lingerie and heels.
But don't be afraid to be different. in those places, I always wore a dress - a few women do wear dresses, especially us older or larger women if gives us the chance to present ourselves well (because a punter can be a look and go). Present yourself as special & they get to see you unwrapped ONLY for £££. No punter saw me in my underwear until he had paid.

Make sure you know what the working HOURs are.

Always take the money FIRST from a punter no matter how much of a nice guy regular he is.

When you are in the room with a punter - if he tells you he is a regular or a friend of the boss etc.. (implying he should get better treatment) HE IS NOT. HE is a total dick - get his money and get the job done. Don't be talked into doing anything you don't want to do by these types of guys. Time is money so above all keep to time.

In some places you might need to take your own supplies, and in some places, you will NOT want to use the shower. Some places are filthy. Many places don't wash the towels between uses!!!!!

So take your own kit not just clothes & make up.
- wipes to clean yourself.
- Lube to apply to your vag before you see the punter (then you tell him he makes you wet! LOL.
- Condoms
- take some food and drink the first time (just in case).
- a clock!!!! in case there isn't one in the room and you must keep track of the time with each guy.

I have to say I loved working in busy saunas and brothels with other woman. We had fun. Met loads of interesting women, felt safe. Learned stuff. But i worked in loads of different places (back in those days), and so I know they are all very different places to work with different vibes. And the money can be really up and down at any place.

My final word - in any place I've worked REGULARS was important - so stick with the same day every week and try to build up regulars who want to see you - they will like the look and your personality. We all have the same vagina so that's not the thing.

Oh, your first time full service - the clients will expect YOu to be in charge. Think about the time slot for te guy and how you are going to use it so slowly build him up to the big O. If it is 15-20 minutes you just need to get him there.
but 1 hour... you need other sexy things to fill the time - strip/ talk/ sensual touching/massage.
A lot of guys want to do oral and finger you (it's up to you whether that's okay) Most of them will do these things really badly (what a shame) - too rough and too fast.
if you want you can teach them.
Good for you if you get an orgasm.

Don't be afraid to tell them to stop at any point. They haven't paid for unlimited access to your body.
Many of the clients (IME in brothels etc) don't get PIV. They come with O & hands.
And for those that do PIV only do it for a short time - you don't have to do it forever until they come.

You are in charge of the session.
You can do what you like but you can say no to anything as well. You can say no to PIV sex in certain positions or for an extended length of time. Don't get sore. Don't be in pain.

Ok i've done parlours , agencies and now 100percent indie. I quit escorting for 2 years and had to go back to parlour work as had deleted my old indie profiles and had no regulars, so was dead when booking hotels. I'm now 100 percent indie after spending several months building regs.

Parlours

Very cheap , they usually offer massage and full personal service, (outside London) so usually that includes oral covered and sex. Then you charge for extra like £10 or £20 for owo or toys etc. Parlour usually takes half for room fee, so say if £40 is half hr, you get £20 . Then any extras you have you keep. However many men will try and haggle in room for cheap extras. Some parlours have Jacuzzi and steam rooms and dungeons. Thee rooms will cost extra like you have VIP room or dungeon room. Again it's usually half and half and extras in the room yours.

A good parlour will have a receptionist and cleaner who shows clients in, you all line up to say hello and then punter choses and you go to room. You may have to pay a shift fee or receptionist fee on top.

Shifts - many parlours have Day shifts and night shifts.  Many girls will stay a week or two and work day and night shifts and you will find the girls room generally messy with girls sleeping on sofas in between clients. Also found bitchiness and drug use common. Many parlour girls stay up all night with party clients to make their money and not fun to be around in the morning!

A bad parlour will have no receptionist, still take your money and expect the girls to do phone, cleaning and receptionist duties. The owner probably just pop his head in to collect money at end of shift.

Working flat

So you can work for an incall flat . usually these flats they expect you to do full gfe and can only charge for extras like anal or filming. These flats have less girls 2- 3 and usually a receptionist etc.

Or you have flats where you just rent the room and do your shifts and own advertising. Pay per client for room used or a daily room rate.
