I personally wouldn't touch Durex with a barge pole! They just seem really badly designed to me, fiddly to put on and just generally a bit rubbish. Although I can recommend their Very Cherry flavoured lube as the best invention since the wheel I couldn't work without it.

I always use the Pasante trim for my less, erm, gifted gents. I have been very happy with them so far, they seem to hug everything but the  very tiniest willies very snugly. I've never had any issues with breakage or slippage. Keep in mind though that some willies are so small that no condom in the world is going to stay on. I had a guy a while ago who was quite literally about 2 and a half inches when erect. There was no way I was even going to attempt intercourse, the risks are just too high in my opinion. You feel bad for the bloke but your safety has to come first.

I have the Pasante Trim ones too, although I've only ever bought one twelve pack and I still have about half of them left; I just don't seem to get through them like the larger ones. I'm glad, to be honest, as I'm allergic to latex and they don't make the small or large-sized ones in anything else AFAIK. Even typing this is making me think I probably ought to check the date on them!

On the subject of Durex (which I normally wouldn't touch with a bargepole either), I did buy some of the Real Feel non-latex ones last week to try as they're on offer in Superdrug (1 pack ?10.99 - 2 packs ?9.99  ), and they aren't bad. The problem as ever with Durex is that they're too short and they don't taste great either (still not as bad as rubber ones), but they'll do fine for if I run out of Skyns.

I have experienced a couple like that lately but thankfully they were all too drunk or high to require intercourse as, lets say things weren't exactly working for them  Not sure what i would say to a guy sober though! Sorry sweetheart but you're simply too small! Probably not the best thing to say..

It's always a bit of a tricky one but you must never be afraid to be honest and frank with a client, especially if it's a sexual health issue at stake! The old "Oh, but I much prefer to use my hands/mouth, it's so sexy and really turns me on!" chestnut works best in this situation - that way, you only have to bring up his willy size if he rudely tries to insist that you risk your health by having sex with him despite the condom slipping off, and in that situation, he'd bloody well deserve a bit of a wake-up call.

We can't all do everything in the bedroom, after all. I could go around being rude to people because I felt bad about not being able to deepthroat or whatever, but that would just be silly and I don't even feel bad. I'm pretty sure it's possible for a smart and sensible grown-up man to accept his own limitations in the bedroom, too.

I use passante for everything. Not only do I really like them (the tropical flavoured ones are, if hilariously yellow, very tasty) but I get them in bulk free from my university! Tis great, they have them in pick&mix boxes with little paper bags for your assortment. Honestly, I am dreading finishing completely just for that reason

They DO always seem to give Passante at the GUM clinic!! and hey, they're free too so go stock up!! The last nurse I had gave me a whole selection from 'trim' to XL "In case you get lucky" she said with a wink - she was cool  You can also get free lube sachets there. Otherwise I do tend to buy Durex. Never had the split thing happen thankfully.. Had a lube dilemma recently as I bought some KY that had a bitter taste, not good! and was actually looking at the Durex cherry one in Boots yesterday, so from the above advice will be stocking up on that!! I didn't buy it at the time as a lot of guys apparently like your 'natural taste' but if it works I'm gonna get me some of that tomorrow!
 

I quite like Durex Extra Safe? They come in a blue packet and are slightly thicker than others. I used to suffer from splits too, but have had no problems with Durex
