If you're not on the pill or any other kind of contraception, go take the morning after pill which you can buy from Boots or Superdrug. Go do it now as it is more effective the sooner it is taken. Also go to Dean Street Express (clinic) in Soho and get tested - tell them you're a sex worker and they will see you immediately. Do this all of this now, without further delay. (And should this happen again, do this first and then post later).

If you're not using contraception, you really need to consider it as an extra precaution against pregnancy. If you don't want to take hormones, get a copper IUD.

I do not have any experience of condoms coming off during sex with clients, thankfully. I keep an eye on the condom and when they withdraw, hold onto the base of the condom/their penis so it stays in place. However that said, my clients usually do this for me and withdraw while holding the condom.

First, I would get a morning-after pill.

Second, go for an STI screen in 2 weeks' time.

Third, get some contraception sorted! I loved my IUD, but I know some women have had problems with them. If you don't fancy that or a normal contraceptive pill, think about an implant or long-acting injection. We have enough to worry about without pregnancy scares on top.

In my case here, you are right the condom I used wasn’t the right size, I used regular size when I should have used a small one but I’ll take this as a lesson and be much more careful now
