I have regular chiropractor and thai yoga massage.

I get problems in neck i think awkward angles when giving blow jobs.

I am going to take up Pilates and yoga and see if that helps.

Swimming meant to be brilliant as well as gentle on injuries.

I don't think we realise how much physical work having sex all day is! It isn't as easy as lie on your back like most people think.

Plus I tour a lot via public transport so carrying laptop bag, lifting suitcases and bags etc. And never fully relaxing. Alot of people hold stress in shoulders as well so tense up.

Did you find chiropractor helped significantly as I’m considering finding one

As the title states, has anyone found this job and quite repetitive activities cause any health conditions/physical ailments over the years? How did you prevent / manage it?

I’m high volume and over the years find that I’ve got less energy, get tired easier and not have the stamina for more “strenuous activity”.

Experienced shooting sharp paralysing lower back pain every now and then, to a point when my lower back is now chronically sore. Very worried about this and believe this developed as a result. Hand and knee pain too. I’m early 30s, started mid 20s.

:(

I'm also high volume. I prefer it. Most of my bookings are regulars and I concentrate on men who are quick. Very quick in a lot of cases. Guys who are slow I find much more tiring and I don't encourage them. If I had successions of hour long bookings I would feel more tired, and have done.

The activity itself does increase fitness in certain areas, but I find that it's better to also have some exercise away from this. I have a bicycle which I use most fine days at some point, and also found rowing is good too, as well as swimming.

I agree that it’s important to do a variety of different activities if you have the time. My favourites are Pilates and Yoga. I do suffer from anxiety so the yoga really helps me.

Like other girls here I have tenseness in the shoulders and jaws through repeated blow jobs. I have a long fluffy hot water bottle which I put around my neck which helps. I have lots of hot baths also.

The other issue I worry about is destroyed vaginal ph levels and fluids through countless rinsing after punters. I buy the lactobacillus with cranberry from H&B which I think helps.

Jeez  where do you find these "quick" guys and do you just kick them out as soon as they've come?
Is it just me that feels obliged to entertain guys for the time they have paid for?

Surely you only need to wash the outside, the vagina is self cleaning so no internal washing necessary.

Yes and always always have a BV gel at hand that fixes any imbalances and smells very quickly. There is one at boots called Balance Activ

I do find that quite soothing if Ive been busy and feeling a little sore.

I have used it a few times and it slightly stings when first used. I wore big pants and a panty liner. So sexy  :)

I don't 'kick' them out. Don't need to, unless they are trying it on. Some men are naturally quicker than others, and it's really a matter of encouraging them, and not the ones who are slow. It's what they want and if they feel comfortable with you they return.

I think our spine suffers from pounding, whatever position it it. In doggy it's the low back. Don't let clients hold your head and pressing down while in missionary - that kills your neck vertebrae.

Thank God that it has only happened once but I had a client who wanted to "pile drive" me.

For the uninitiated this consists of being turned upside down, so your neck is in a bad position and then...well, I will leave it to your imagination.

It was deep and painful, porn stars earn every penny that they get!

£100 for a stiff neck and no work for a week!
