no i definately dont get too persuasive with them.  i think that might be what i thought i was doing wrong.  even if they asked me to meet them in 2or3 hrs i would still make it sound like i was checking my diary.  I just think i need to be a little bit more flirty on the phone maybe.  Im just not a natural flirt.  if anyone wants to start a flirt school do let me know lol

It definitely helps to flirt a little bit. I had a booking with a guy last week. When he called me the day before, he was still looking at my website. Throughout our conversation he sounded distracted. I said to him, "you're looking at my arse right now, aren't you?" He pissed himself laughing and said "guilty as charged." When he confirmed the next morning I asked him if he'd gotten over my arse, he said "pardon?", and laughed again.
He knew with me that I have a sense of humour and I made him feel at ease straight away. I've had many guys say to me that after I've spoken to them they've felt less nervous and looked forward to the booking more than before.

Be slightly flirtatious (but not overly so), keep a smile in your voice, and be confident.

 My manner on the phone follows this pattern too. Flirty giggly cheeky and playful, and then 'So darling, what is it I can do for you' or 'So when are you going to spend some time with me'    thinking ABC Always-Be-Closing and Sell sell sell! Works for me

  Read business books, I'm loving applying that all to this new enterprise

 Besides, I'm terrible on the phone- I always interrupt people!  Very bad habit
